EN Scripts Below 一開始老師提到，透過太陽風暴，新意識正來到地球。這兩天我們共經驗到三次太陽風暴，有些新意識已經來到，有些正在到來。老師說，因為我們被一波波來到的新宇宙意識充電餵養，今天我們要做的是，認出至少一週內將要來到的，並為其做好準備。 這次就如以往，有三個練習。第一個練習是數字真言冥想，77187719，目的是讓我們明暸在太陽風暴時，我們已經接收到的個人禮物，這禮物是我們已經得到卻還不清楚的。五分鐘。 練習完老師分享說，過程如以往一樣有驚喜等著。老師的驚喜是，並不是只有好的事情出現，也有不受歡迎的禮物想要將自己放入系統。 練習二是手印，目的是放開、釋出並顯現那至今隱藏著的諸層意識。手印的做法是，將雙手舉高放在兩側略高於頭的情緒體部位，接著移動，下移到喉輪前方星光體部位，兩手相對，接著繼續移動，下移打開到心輪兩側情緒體部位。移動要緩慢，約二到三分鐘。 練習完老師分享說，對他而言，這些意識層級就像是名冊，我們要將第一個拉出來才可以摸到下一個，然後將第二個拉出來才可以摸到下一個，而這是我們過去學到的，接觸我們的意識層級的方法。而練習後，像是整個場域被從中劃過而打開，所以我們可以看到所有意識層級的小小側邊，而老師現在就可以隨意取出他想接觸的層級，而不用從頭一個一個拉出才行。 第三個練習是點化，調整我們用來接收宇宙作用力的接收器。我們每個人都有這個接收器，我們沒去用它的原因是因為我們用不到它。老師會將他作調整，讓我們能夠預先一週感知到這些新的宇宙作用力，因為我們已經覺知到了，就不會對這些新的作用力感到害怕、焦慮、或其他如傲慢等等。這樣也會幫助我們去幫助我們周遭的世界、周遭的人們，去調適、理解並接受這些新的宇宙作用力。 練習完老師分享說，他發現這些接收器帶有過濾器，會過濾訊息，讓我們只會接收到跟我們自身有關的訊息，其他的我們不會接收到。 EN Scripts So, for those who were here yesterday, you already know.
