憂鬱:一個在我生命中,要有多少光的決定

憂鬱,是對光的探尋。

我越往自身的陰暗深深潛入,越有機會在自我存在的深度,遇見自己的光。

許多人因此走上了一個向下迴轉的螺旋,接著同時,也需藉藥物來奮鬥下去。


這裡有個簡單的技巧,讓事情不會這樣發生:

重點在於,決定我的生命中要有多少光留著。


將右手食指放在左手前臂中線,離左腕屈側皺摺處兩拇指幅的地方。

等待,直到食指有能量流動的感覺。

接著,慢慢將食指移向中指指尖。

你可以決定你想要在生命中,有多少的黑暗或光明。

越接近中指指尖,就會越亮。

也許對現在來說,太亮了。

將食指往回滑向掌心方向。

找到一個點,在那個點時,光的亮度會讓現在的你覺得舒服。

保持食指在那個點,直到這樣的光亮度形塑完成。

如果想在之後更深的潛入你的光,可隨時再去調整光的亮度。

活出你的生命。成為快樂,成為愛,成為光。

Depression: A decision on how much light I have in my life.

Depression is the search for light.

The deeper I delve into my own darkness, the more likely it is to encounter my light in the depths of my being.

Many are therefore embarking on a downward spiral, which they then fight simultaneously with medication.

Here's a simple technique to prevent it from happening.

It's about deciding how much light to leave in my life.

Take the index finger of the right hand and place it at a point two thumb widths away from the left wrist flexion crease in the middle of the forearm.

Wait, until you feel an energy flow in your index finger.

Then move your index finger slowly towards the middle finger tip.

You decide how much darkness or light you want in your life.

The closer you are to the middle finger tip, the brighter it gets.

Probably too bright for now.

Slide your index finger back towards the middle of the hand.

Find the point where you feel comfortable today with your quality of light.

Hold your finger there until this quality of light has formed.

If you want to dive deeper into your light later, you can adjust it anytime.

Live your life. Be happy, be love, be light.
