大師訓練，第二區塊

在疫情中，大師的訓練，因為老師認為不能再拖了，所以採取了一個非常特別的方法：在德國現場教授，而世界各地的同學線上上課，因為時區的關係，德國是從早上八點開始，而台灣則是相對應的下午兩點開始。線上與現場同步授課，這看起來好像會有很多的障礙，但這個障礙完全被克服，還成就許多歡樂。老師一開始說，在能量的運作上完全沒問題，怕的是溝通上的運作。這個部分，事後證明，也不是問題，Gandha 總是帶著愛心耐心翻譯，而提問跟討論，除了線上即時發問之外，還有透過臉書及各地夥伴間私訊聯絡，完全順暢沒有問題。甚至中間一度有夥伴有訊號不佳，連不上線的狀況，也透過 Gama 拿著手機聯絡，持續開手機讓同學監聽電腦上的課程，就像網路 proxy 一般無間縫的傳遞即時課程給夥伴，真是太偉大了。

聖火傳承的課程，有對練的部分，我們在 Shemaya 的場地，得到很好的支持。因為事前知道同步開機會有個別機器訊號不同步，聲音彼此干擾的狀況，所以我們很自然地創造出，主要輸出的電腦一台，作為主要畫面跟唯一有出聲音的，然後成員各自的備援系統關掉聲音，但只要主要電腦有狀況，備援系統就立刻可以上陣。甚至我們一開始還有投影機呢。所以以前老師說的線上課程硬體的狀況很多要去注意，我們這一群把意外的狀況排除到最少。而因為常常是6個人在一起，很多問題能彼此即時討論，甚至各地獨立的單兵夥伴有狀況時也能支援，真的是一次很棒的聯合軍演，喔不，聯合上線經驗。

場地主 Shemaya 把我們照顧得很好，所有的非課程之外的生活面，上課期間的生活大小事，都讓大家很輕鬆喜樂，場地的氛圍良好，課程用得到的墊子椅子毯子壁面插座完全充足，養生的飲料，美妙的氣炸鍋，好吃的甜食水果，怎麼會這麼舒適呀。周邊的各式飲食店豐富，交通也便利，還有什麼比這個更好的呢。

看過去先進的大師訓練經驗分享，常有述說不知道在上什麼，不知大師課程到底要把自己帶到哪裡，等等。這樣的情況，在我們這一組這七天，完全沒有看到，6個人，6個不同的特質，不同的個性，共同的是隨著課程的進展，越來越開展，越來越喜悅，越來越合一，越來越肆無忌憚地互相推坑。

老師 MaRa 要同時照顧現場與線上，同時10幾個連線，三國語言交錯進行，每次休息完，都要確認每一頭羊都有乖乖歸隊上線，整個課程進行的有條不紊，只有提早下課而不會有延遲下課，真是太感動了，謝謝 MaRa ♥

Master Training, Block 2

In the midst of the epidemic, our teacher MaRa decided that the training of the masters could not be delayed any longer, so a very special way was adopted: the training was taught live in Germany, while the students from all over the world took classes online at the same time. Because of the time zone, teaching online and live at the same time may seem like a lot of hurdles, but they are completely overcome during these 7 days and much joy is achieved. In the beginning, teacher MaRa said that there would be no problem at all in the operation of the energy, but the fear was the operation of the actual communications between each other. Gandha helped a lot as always with love and patience. Asking questions and mutual discussions, were not only via Zoom App, but also through messengers and other private ways between partners around the world, the processes were completely smooth and problem-free. There was once an episode that a classmate had bad signals and couldn't connect to the Internet. Gama took the phone and seamlessly delivered the live course to the classmate like an Internet proxy server, how wonderful.

We obtained great support at Shemaya's place. Because we knew in advance that the the devices we use would be out of sync and the the audio part will be a problem, so we created a chief computer as the main video and audio output, while all other devices muted with video images only. Because all the devices are online continueously, so in case the main computer is down, we can quickly built up a backup system. Thus the hardware issues were reduced to the minimum amount during these 7 days. And because there were 6 of us together, we could discuss many issues in real time, and even we could support other classmate who is alone by him- or herself online while they have problems.

Shemaya took good care of us. So everyone of us were very relaxed and happy and could keep focused on the training courses .

I have heard some of my friends who already attained the Master training said that they didn't know what they were doing about in the Master training, and that they didn't know where the master training would take them to during the training period. This is not the case of us, we became more and more open-minded, more and more joyful, more and more unified, and having fun with each other.

MaRa had to take care of both live and online at the same time, with more than 10 simultaneous connections, three different languages. And every time after a break, MaRa would have to make sure that each one of us was connected and online again. Teacher MaRa is very expertise in online courses and the training proceeded in an orderly and smooth way. Everyday the training courses ended without any delay. These 7-day journey was really amazing and touching, thank you MaRa 💕
