緊抓不放，帶向混亂。

鬆開放手的試煉，再次到來。

過程中，大小歡樂，此起彼落。

縱非恆久，仍須盡歡。

Diese Woche:

Festhalten führt zum Chaos.

Unser Loslassen wir nochmals auf die Probe gestellt.

Dabei kommt es immer wieder zu kleinen und großen Freuden,

die zwar nicht nachhaltig sind, aber die wir trotzdem genießen sollten.

This week:

Holding on leads to chaos.

Our letting go is put to the test once again.

In the process, small and large joys occur again and again,

which are not sustainable, but which we should enjoy anyway.
