整個工作坊，分三段，主要是帶領進入三個新向度的入口，經驗新向度。
三個入口的冥想結構都一樣，各分三段，是：
- 箴言
- 手印 + 箴言
- 手印普拉斯 + 箴言
記錄個人感受如下：
第一段：
- 看到分別在座標平面 xy, yz, zx 有三個不斷旋轉的圈圈構成一個球體，三個圈圈都帶著訊息，一直旋轉。頭感到有點暈，身體感覺像是在搭雲霄飛車。在上腹部中心感到非常灼熱。
- 加上手印之後，腹部中心的熱散開了，身體比較穩定，但覺得身體是捲曲在一個球裡面，滾來滾去。
- 加上手印普拉斯，可以呼吸了，身體也放鬆了，好像找到了中心點。
第二段：
- 看到能量像火山爆發般的景象，先是由下往上蓄積上來，蓄積到一個程度，然後爆發。身體感覺到繞著肝與脾的那一環很脹很熱，脹到有點受不了，無法宣洩。就是脹。
- 加上手印之後，原本脹熱的地方，開始流動了，身體熱到流汗，但輕鬆許多，很明顯的流動感。
- 加上手印普拉斯，一樣，輕鬆穩定了起來，呼吸也變得順暢，原本已經在流動的，變得更輕鬆沒有窒礙感。
第三段：
- 空間被壓縮，看到一個個空間從立體被壓縮成平面，一片片壓縮出來的平面交疊扭曲，譜出新的創造出來。這一次，身體上，感覺到脖子後方熱熱的。
- 加上手印之後，一片片空間呀出來的平面分了開來，每個平面有了自己的空間。
- 加上手印普拉斯之後，一片片空間薄片組合了起來，形成了一個透明的人體，遠方出現了明亮的光亮，透明人向光亮處移動了起來。
訓練結束之後，只覺得經歷了一段奇妙旅程，能量感是很清晰的，但腦袋真的無法能夠解釋。
到了今天，能量運作依舊清晰，也有一些自己的理解。
整個地球意識的揚升，就人類而言，不再是能依賴自己的腦袋而能理解這個世界，神性指引再度親近人們。今後，要更趨向「跟隨神性指引，校準生命之流」，前進。

The background of the workshop "Awakening to the New Dimension", which was co-organized by Big Sensei and MaRa yesterday, also started from the new consciousness of the earth, and emphasized that this new consciousness is very difficult to convey and to understand in words, and that a better way is to "be", to accept it openly, and to follow it.
The whole workshop is divided into three sections, mainly leading us to experience the new dimensions via 3 portals.

First Section.
- I saw three circles in the coordinate plane xy, yz, zx. The 3 circles kept rotating to form a sphere, all three circles carried messages and kept rotating. My head felt a little dizzy and my body felt like I was on a roller coaster. I felt very hot in the center of my upper abdomen.
- After doing the Mudra, the heat in the center of the abdomen was dispersed and the body was more stable, but it felt like the body was curled up inside a ball and rolled around.
- With Mudra Plus, I could breathe and my body relaxed, as if I had found my center.
Second Section.
- I saw a volcanic eruption. The energy rose from the bottom upwards, accumulated to a certain level and then exploded. A very hot and swollen ring area formed in the upper abdomen including liver and spleen. It is so swollen that I felt uncomfortable.
- After doing the Mudra, the area that was originally swollen and hot began to flow, and the body became so hot that I was sweating, but I felt much lighter and I could feel that there was an obvious flowing of energy .
- With Mudra Plus, the same thing as in first section happened, I felt relaxed and more stable, and my breathing became smooth.
Third Section.
- Space was compressed, and I saw many spaces compressed from three dimensions into planes, and the compressed planes overlapped and twisted, and new creations happened between the planes. This time, physically, I felt a hot sensation at the back of my neck.
- After adding in the Mudra, the planes of space were separated and each plane had its own space.
- After adding in the Mudra Plus, the planes of space were combined to form a transparent human body, and a bright light appeared in the distance. The transparent human body then ran to the light.
After the training, I felt that I had gone through a wonderful journey, and the sense of energy was clear, but the brain could not really explain it.
Today, the energy operation is still clear, and it seems I have something clear in my mind.
There is a rise in the consciousness of the whole planet, and as far as human beings are concerned, they can no longer rely on their own brains to understand the world, and divine guidance is once again close to people. From now on, it is time to move more towards "If you follow your natural law, you align yourself with your life flow.".
