「新動能整合，大喜悅滿溢」課後筆記

上週日 Agni 與 MaRa 合開的工作坊。

大致可分兩個階段，第一個階段是，連結外在的新能量；第二個階段進行身體內部的能量整理。

  • 首先，老師用來自彩虹之境的水（水元素）與來自神聖土地的土（火元素），所混合的泥水點化我們。點化的過程，感受到泥水在體內像瀑布般由上往下傾瀉，體內上下之間的阻塞被打開了。
  • 接著老師帶領我們冥想，連結在安瑞塔巴的向度之門，透過向度之門與天堂連結，讓天堂的創造之流直接可以在我們自身的身體、意識、靈魂顯化。過程中，感受到了金色向度之門外，有無限的星空蒼穹，星星在閃耀，也看到實際的行星就近在眼前。

  • 接著，老師帶領我們接觸彩虹之境的紫色水晶，讓紫色水晶在我們的尾椎結晶，活化新DNA，這會創造出新的感知品質。過程中，感受到紫色水晶就像竹子一樣會生長，從自己的尾椎底部一路長大，晶化了整條脊柱，並向四肢擴展。
  • 接著，老師帶領新的元素循環，在新的循環中，過往水剋火的狀態，變成水可以承載火，傳遞的更快，而火可以滋養水。在過程中，覺得身體內的器官溝通真的有移動感變方式的感覺，火為核心，火可以直接跟所有的元素溝通，那種內部溝通改變的感受是很奇特的。
  • 接著，中場整合，老師再次帶領我們來到彩虹之境的紫色水晶，汲取能量，並整合剛剛所學。過程中，感到身體的溝通系統變了，就像是銅線變成了光纖，整個品質跟速度都升級。
  • 接下來，老師點化，讓黑光與白光整合。過程中，感受到原本身體左右兩邊的不平衡改善了。
  • 接下來，老師帶領了心輪的箴言加手印，要讓心輪可以接受更多力量。過程中，覺得心輪被充電了，理解是，心輪的世紀，心輪需要很多力量呢，現在所有的元素都直接跟心火溝通，心火需要很多力量呢。
  • 然後是眉心輪的箴言加手印，因為很多資訊下來，要讓眉心輪清理跟整合。過程中，眉心輪便輕鬆了，除了身體的系統升級，意識也升級了。
  • 接著又一個箴言加手印，幫助汲取新的靈感脈動。過程中的理解，這整個療程，一直走到脈動靈感的部分，真的是很完整的體驗啊。
  • 最後一個箴言加手印，是敲開身體對新能量的抗拒。過程中的理解，果然最後還是要彈開一些小障礙，才是成為完整啊，太完美了。

結束了，真是滿滿的能量工作，兩個小時。

那今天的主題，跟喜悅有什麼關係呢？以下是我自己的理解：天堂的能量本身就是喜悅的。

最近總共經驗了三個有關「喜悅」的能量課程：

  • 基督之光的喜悅：點化後，可以取用身體上的喜悅池能量，為自己、別人、空間工作。
  • 自身天堂喜悅：校準自身天堂，讓喜悅流入自身，各個層面。
  • 整合新動能：跟隨黃金世紀之流的新能量輔助，嶄新的喜悅之流。

Overflowing Joy by the Integration of New Energy Boosts

Last Sunday, Agni and MaRa held this workshop together.

The whole training can be roughly divided to 2 stages: the first stage is to connect with the external new energy boosts, and the second stage is to integrate the energies inside the body.

  • First, the teacher initiated us with a mixture of water and earth, and water is from the Rainbow Land (water element) and earth is from the Sacred Land (fire element). During the initiating process, I felt a stream of mud pouring from the top to the bottom of my bodies like a waterfall, and the blockages between the top and bottom of my body were opened.
  • Then the teacher led us to meditate to go to the dimensional portal in Amritabha, which connects us to Heaven through which the stream of Heaven's creation can manifest directly in our own bodies, consciousness, and souls. During the process, I could feel the infinite starry sky beyond the golden dimensional portal, and then saw the actual planets close at hand.
  • Next, the teacher led us to the purple crystals of the Rainbow Land, allowing them to crystallize in our tailbone and thus enliven the new DNA, and through this process the new qualities of perception are created. During the process, I felt the purple crystals grow like bamboo, from the base of my own tailbone, the process of crystallizing went through the entire spine and then expanded to the extremities.
  • Then, the teacher led a new elemental cycle, in which the previous state of water against fire became a state in which water could carry fire and pass faster, while fire could nourish water. During the process, I felt that the communication of the body's internal organs had really changed a lot, with fire as the core, and fire could communicate directly with all the elements.
  • Then, in the middle of the session, the teacher again led us to the purple crystals in the Rainbow Land to fetch energies for ourselves and to integrate what we had just learned. During the process, I felt that the body's communication network had changed, like copper wire had become fiber optic, and the quality and speed of the organ communications had been upgraded.
  • Next, the teacher initiated the body to integrate the black light with the white light. During the process, the imbalance between the left and right sides of my original body was healed a lot.
  • Next, the teacher led the mantra and mudra of the heart chakra, so that the heart chakra could receive more power. During the process, I felt that the heart chakra was recharged, and I got the understanding  that the heart chakra needs a lot of power in the century of the heart chakra, and now all the elements can communicate directly with the heart fire, which indicates that the fire really needs a lot of power in this time.
  • Then came the mantra and mudra for the forehead chakra, because there was a lot of information coming down and the forehead chakra had to be cleared so it could integrate the new informations. During the process, the forehead chakra got relaxed, and in addition to the upgrading of the body system, the consciousness was also upgraded.
  • Then another mantra with mudra that helped to retrieve new impulses. I felt excited that we can go on to this step, when referring to impulses, I always think it's a way of manifesting ourselves, how wonderful.
  • The last mantra and mudra is to move away the body's resistance to the new energies. My understanding about this step is that it is something like 'Becoming Whole', a wonderful final step to complete the training.
