大老師每月一次的工作坊，這個月的主題是「在你的奧秘深處」。乍看這個主題，並無法想像會是一個怎樣的內容。
首先是簡介，我們將真實的自我藏在帷幕之後，害怕這真實的自我，怕這真實的自我會讓我們太有力量。而今天的工作就是拉開帷幕，讓我們更有力量，因為此刻我們需要如此。
課程分為三個部分：點化、冥想、療癒。
- 點化：透過這個點化，帶我們接觸自己的第二張臉。這是我們在輪迴之外，在天堂的面容。這個面容是我們轉世之前，以靈性型態存在時，讓我們可以認出彼此的面容。大老師說看到的時候不要嚇一跳，就接納自己的第二張臉。
- 冥想：透過箴言手印，你的奧秘會從後方靠近你，從你的心輪像泡泡般冒出在你之前顯現，然後潛入泡泡去接觸。
- 療癒：因為過去世活出奧秘的力量，結果最後造成了傷害，讓我們再次遇到奧秘時會憶起不好的經驗。療癒的方法不是傷害釋放，而是藉由手印回到靈魂的源頭家鄉，在那兒不會有不好的經驗，而能與奧密合一，然後在日常生活可以活出力量。
感受如下：
- 點化時，模模糊糊有看到一個長髮的面容，不是很清楚，看到時確實有稍微愣住。讓自己去接觸擁抱出現的面容，過了一會兒，雙手與太陽穴之間有很強的能量感產生，感到第二張臉融入了自己。
- 冥想，確實有感到奧秘由後方包圍自身，一開始出現的是風光明媚的金黃色田園，但漸漸的，從心輪產生了巨大的能量，很亮很大，到最後時，有一點覺得害怕這只是暫時的現象。
- 療癒，完滿的感受到力量與平和。

The theme of this month's workshop is "Deep inside Your Mysteries". At first glance, I couldn't imagine what the theme would be about.
As far as I can remember, the introductions are as the followings:
We hide our true selves behind a curtain, afraid that our true selves will be too powerful for us. And today's work is to pull back the curtain and make us more powerful, because we need to be at this moment.
The course is divided into three parts: Initiation, Meditation, and Healing.
- Initiation: Through the initiation, we are brought into contact with our second face. This is our face beyond incarnations, in heaven. This face is the face that we can recognize each other when we exist in our spiritual form before we are reincarnated. The Great Teacher said not to be shocked when you see it, but to accept your second face.
- Meditation: Through mantra and mudra, your mysteries will approach you from behind, emerge from your heart chakra like bubbles and appear before you, then you dive into the bubbles to go in contact with your mysteries.
- Healing: While using the power of our mysteries in the past, we always ended up with traumata experiences, and we would remember that bad experiences when we encounter our mysteries again. The way to heal is not to do traumata release, but to connect ourselves through mudra to the home of our souls , where there will be no bad experiences, and we can unite with our mysteries there , and then to live the mysteries out powerfully in daily life.
My experiences are as the followings.
- Initiation: During the initiation section, I saw a long-haired face, but it was not very clear, and I did freeze a little when I saw it. After a while, there was a strong feeling of energy between my hands and my temples, and I felt that the second face had integrated into me.
- Meditation: At first, it was a bright golden field, but gradually, a great energy came from my heart chakra, very bright and very big, and at the end, I felt a little bit afraid that it was only a temporary phenomenon.
- Healing: peace and powerful.
