在風暴中保持平靜並採取行動 Stay calm in the storm and take action

在台灣颱風來臨前夕的每月工作坊。感覺有越來越多的學員參與,課後的心得筆記看到如煙火瞬間爆開,煞是美麗。我這邊記錄自己的經驗與自己的重點,當作固定工作的好處是,為了完成這個工作,就會一次次浸淫在工作坊的能量流,這是我覺得想繼續寫得最大原因。

學習紀錄分三段:簡介、練習、感受。記錄並非講義,會有個人主觀摘要用字。

簡介

這次工作坊的簡介,老師用了一個諺語來描述當前的能量狀態:「Deer in the Headlights」。形容跑到大馬路的鹿,突然被迎面而來的車頭燈照到,嚇傻了,完全呆住。


在這種驚嚇恐懼的狀態下我們無法動彈,所以工作坊的練習就是要幫忙處理這個狀態。

練習

練習一,熱身。

  • 箴言55-55-66-66 加手印。這個可以公開。又分兩步。
  • 第一步:手印是雙手疊放在臍輪,複誦箴言兩分鐘,讓臍輪的恐懼鬆開釋放。
  • 第二部:手印是雙手指尖碰觸貼在後頸,複誦箴言兩分鐘,讓恐懼能量轉化為積極行動力。

練習二:保持平靜。

  • 點化右手刀,持手印,首先創造內在平靜,接著創造外在平靜。

練習三:採取行動。

  • 點化左手刀,持手印,首先崩解內在毀滅性思考場域,接著崩解外在毀滅性思考場域。

感受

練習一第一步時,感受到有個穩定的能量像白光一樣來到臍輪,成為中心點,然後感受到全身的系統有無數的小手,一隻隻抓著恐懼的能量,就讓他們放手,然後小手們就把恐懼放掉了。感覺到自己變輕盈。

練習一第二步時,感覺到自己變的明亮而自由。

練習二時,感覺到因為跟自己中心校準而內在整個能夠平靜下來,而第二步時,外在的雜音逐漸消逝變得非常安靜。

練習三時,非常喜歡,一開始就感受到溫暖的夏克緹能量進入,身體內無數持著武器的小小戰士,都放下了武器祈禱。第二步時,有如春風拂過田野,風景宜人。

後記

連續三天每天都複習了一次,非常喜歡,謝謝大老師。


The monthly workshop was held while a typhoon was approaching Taiwan. I felt that more and more participants attended the workshop month after month, and this time they wrote many notes after the workshop which were like beautiful fireworks bursting out in a short time. 

As to me, the advantage of writing down my own experience and my own highlights as a regular job is that in order to do this job, I am immersed in the energy flow of the workshop again and again, and this is the biggest reason why I feel like keeping on writing.

The learning note is divided into three sections: introduction, exercises, and my own experiences. The note does not serve as a lecture documentation, but a personal summary.

Introduction

In the introduction of this workshop, the teacher used a proverb to describe the current energy state: "Deer in the Headlights". It describes a deer running down the main street that is suddenly caught in the headlights of an oncoming car and is stunned and frozen.

In this state of shock and fear we are unable to move, so the workshop exercises are designed to help deal with this state.

Exercises

Exercise 1: Warm-up.

  • Mantra 55-55-66-66 with mudras. This exercise can be open to public. There are two steps.
  • The first step: Fold your hands on the umbilical chakra, repeat the mantra for two minutes, so that the fear of the navel chakra can be released.
  • The second step: with finger-tip touched each other, put hands on the back of the neck and repeat the mantra for two minutes to transform the fear energy into active action force.

Exercise 2: Stay calm.

  • Initiation of the little-finger side of right hand.
  • First create inner peace, and then outer peace.

Exercise 3: Take action.

  • Initiation of the little-finger side of left hand.
  • First crumble the inner destructive thought field, and then the outer destructive thought field.

My Own Experiences

In the first step of the exercise 1, a steady white light energy came to my navel chakra and became the center point, then I felt countless small hands in the system of my body, each one had a piece of fear energy in hand. I could then open the countless hands and let th fear energy go. After that, I felt myself getting lighter.

In the second step of exercise 1, I felt myself becoming bright and free.

In exercise 2, the energy helped me to align myself with my center and then I could gain my caImness, and in the second step, the external noise faded away and it became very quiet.

In exercise 3, which I love very much, I felt a warm Shakti energy coming in right from the beginning, and inside my physical body, countless little warriors with weapons in their bodies dropped their weapons and prayed. In the second step, it was like a spring breeze sweeping through the fields, creating a very beautiful scenery.

Afterword

I reviewed it once a day for three days afterward, and each time I became calm and happy. Thanks to Dear Big Teacher for the wonderful teachings.
