大老師一開始提到,在看2022年時,他想要服一顆安眠藥去睡覺,然後醒來就是2024。意思是在2022 局勢會更緊張,有更多難以置信的事情發生,更多的壓力出現。而我們對應的方法就是,以主動取代被動,給出更多的指引,變得更強壯,更能被看見,成為颱風之眼,瘋狂世界中的寧靜點,來幫助迷失的人們,想找出路的人們。

§ 課程中有六個幫助我們的練習,如下:
  • 練習一:將我們自己冷靜下來。
    說明:因為我們並非不可碰觸,並非不受打擾,生命會碰觸我們,打擾我們,要保持堅持並不容易,要保持冷靜並不容易。這第一個練習可以幫我們真的成為暴風眼中的寧靜。

    技巧:這個技巧可以公開:將右手指尖(除拇指外的四指)從左邊太陽穴緩慢滑動到額頭中央眉心輪,同時左手指尖(除拇指外的四指)從心輪高度的胸廓右側面滑到心輪中央,過程中複誦數字真言 777777。過程要慢,到中心之後要持續唸箴言,直到感到沉靜下來。約五分鐘。

    Agni 補充說明:明年要一次又一次不斷的做這個練習。分享給越多人越好。

  • 練習二:穩定我們的脊柱。
    說明:這是為了要能夠沈靜,能夠領導,能夠不變瘋狂,我們必須穩定脊柱,成為自己的靠山。

    技巧:這個技巧可以公開:將左手放在背面脊柱最下方,掌心朝外,右手放在後頸第一頸椎處,掌心朝內。雙膝微彎,讓海底輪對正頂輪,可能需要將雙肩臂膀後引來讓脊柱對正,站直。哼歌唱誦 Om Namah Shivaya ,直到感到你的脊柱是你自己最好的支持系統。這會自動發生。約三分鐘。

  • 練習三:新DNA升級。
    說明:對所有接受到新DNA者都會升級,而不只是課程參與者。這個升級是因為mRNA相關針劑的出現,我們體內的硫橋被破壞了,而這些硫橋的功能是讓我們理解並感受到我們是神的小孩,因此我們能與自身的神性指引連結。所以當這些橋被破壞時,我們不再覺得我們是神的小孩,我們不再感受到與神性的連結。這次的更新 Agni 會幫我們強化這些硫橋,

    老師解釋說,點化後,可能會感受到不可思議的力量,無法被移動的力量,無法被撼動的力量。

  • 練習四:分水權杖。
    說明:因為我們要為明年成為更強壯的領導者,因為人們需要從我們所有人之中得到更多有力的領導者以及領導,所以會給我們每個人一個工具,來幫助我們,能像是摩西分開水流一般,帶領人們來到安全地帶。

    接著老師教導得到分水權杖的冥想。

  • 練習五:清晰與專注。
    說明:這是有關免於恐懼,有關流動。因為每個流動都會產生移動,而每個移動都是改變的一部份,而每個改變都是創新的一部份。所以這是一個很持續的流動。很持續的移動,沒有開始,也沒有結束。

    接著老師教導以箴言冥想到達此境地。

  • 練習六:
    說明:在今天的練習步驟之後,我們成為了黃金世紀愛的戰士,這是我們需要成為的,我們需要保持無懼、強壯、成為領袖。我們的力量就是起而行,不偏不倚,勇往直前。我們就在這個時空片刻中成為戰士而非永遠都是戰士。我們仍是原來的自己,只是此時披上戰袍。而當事過境遷,我們就會解甲還元。而要在此刻成為完美戰士,我們必須強化與銳化我們的感知能力。

    接著老師帶領我們關於聽力、視力、嗅覺、味覺等的工作。

§ 練習的感受如下:
  • 練習一:雙手移動時,真的感覺就處在風暴之中,直到到中心時,仍要持續誦念箴言,然後感到真正的安靜在內在發生。

  • 練習二:感到身體從下半身開始發熱向上,接著感到放鬆。

  • 練習三:有很巨大的金色能量圍繞在身體四周,然後在某個瞬間,這些巨大能量竄入身體,在身體內部流動,非常神聖。

  • 練習四:我得到的分水權杖,可以用在風水工作上。

  • 練習五:感覺剛剛流入的金色能量,又開始流動起來,流到身體的各個部位,安定了下來。

  • 練習六:變敏感了。

At the beginning, Big Sensei mentioned that when looking at 2022, he wanted to take a sleeping pill to go to sleep and wake up in 2024, meaning that in 2022, the situation will be more tense, with more incredible things happening and more pressure appearing. And the way we respond is to be proactive instead of reactive, to give more guidance, to be stronger, to be more visible, to be the eye of the typhoon, the quiet point in a crazy world, to help people who are lost, people who want to find their way.

There are six exercises in the course to help us, as follows.

Exercise 1: Calm ourselves down.
Explanation: Because we are not untouchable, we are not unperturbed, life touches us and disturbs us, it is not easy to hold out, it is not easy to stay calm. This first exercise can help us to really become calm in the eye of the storm.

Technique: This technique can be made public: Slowly slide the fingertips of the right hand from the left temple to the center of the forehead, while sliding the fingertips of the left hand from the right side of the thorax at the height of the heart chakra to the center of the heart chakra, repeating the number 777777, slowly, and continuing to recite the Mantra after reaching the center until you feel calm. It takes about five minutes.

Agni added: Do this exercise over and over again next year. The more people you share it with, the better.

Exercise 2: Stabilize our spine.
Explanation: In order to be able to be calm, to lead, and to remain not crazy, we must stabilize our spine and become our own backup system.

Technique: This technique can be shared to the public: Place your left hand at the bottom of the back spine with your palm facing outward and your right hand at the first cervical vertebra at the back of the neck with your palm facing inward. Bend both knees slightly so that the root chakra can align with  the crown chakra. It may be necessary to draw both shoulders and arms back to align the spine and stand straight. Hum and chant Om Namah Shivaya until you feel that your spine is your own best support system. This will happen automatically. For about three minutes.

Exercise 3: New DNA Upgrade.
Instructions: The upgrade is given to all who receive the new DNA, not just the participants. This upgrade is due to the presence of mRNA-related injections that disrupt the sulfur bridges in our bodies that function to allow us to understand and feel that we are children of God, and therefore we can connect to our own divine guidance. So when these bridges are broken, we no longer feel that we are God's children, we no longer feel connected to the divine. This update by Agni will help us to strengthen these sulfur bridges.

The teacher explains that after the initiation, one may feel the unimaginable power, unmovable and unshakable.

Exercise 4:  Water-parting Staff.
Explanation: Because we want to be stronger leaders for next year, because people need more powerful leaders and leadership from all of us, we will be given a tool to help us, like Moses splitting the water, to lead people to safety.

The teacher then taught a meditation on getting the Staff.

Exercise 5: Clarity and Focus.
Explanation: This is about freedom from fear, about flow. Because every flow creates movement, and every movement is part of a change, and every change is part of a new creation. So it's a very continuous flow. A very continuous movement that has no beginning and no end.

The teacher then teaches mantra-meditation to reach this point.

Exercise 6.
Explanation: After the steps of today's exercise, we become the Golden Age warriors of love that we need to be, we need to be fearless, strong, leaders. Our strength is to stand up and go, unbiased and courageous. We become warriors in this moment in time and space only but not always. We are still our original selves, but now in battle suites. When it's over, we will take off our armor. To be the perfect warrior at this moment, we must strengthen and sharpen our perception.

The teacher then led us to work on hearing, seeing, smelling, and tasting sensations.

My personal experiences are as follows.

Exercise 1: When the hands slided, it really felt like I were in the middle of a storm, and I had to keep reciting the mantra even when I had arrived to the center, and after a while I could feel the real calmness happening inside.

Exercise 2: I felt heat rising up from the lower bottom of my body and gradually the whole body felt relaxed.

Exercise 3: There was a huge golden energy surrounding my body, and then in a moment, this huge energy fled into the body and flowed around inside the body, feeling very sacred.

Exercise 4: My staff can be used in Feng Shui work.

Exercise 5: I felt that the golden energy that had just flowed in, started to flow again, flowed to all parts of the body, and settled down.

Exercise 6: Became more sensitive in my perceptions.
