嗨，親愛的朋友，又到了我的每週更新，今天是2022年4月1日。讓我先讀一下本週訊息：
本週：
是排毒的好時機。
過去一年我們經驗到自己身體曝露在大量新的毒物中。
我們無法坐視它們的影響。
我們需要在身體以及能量體層次排毒。
排毒可以藉由善待自己而開始。
接著要排出有害部分就會比較容易。
身體層次方面，超級食物、維他命、微量元素會有幫助。

所以，由於我們都經驗過史拜克蛋白，不管是經由疫苗注射，或來自接受注射者的薛丁微粒脫落（Shedding）- 史拜克氣息，我們已經很確信這是生物武器。而我們已經開始知道不只有這一個對付人類的生物武器，還有更多的在進行之中。而其中許多在未來會是基因改造過的寄生生物。
我們剛知道在烏克蘭的某些生物實驗室研究著寄生生物的基因改造，而其中有的在俄國入侵前就來到西歐。而這些新的生物武器有部分是基因改造成可以攻擊特定人種。而我們現在發現到會被攻擊的種族之一是西歐的高加索人，因為他們還堅持著民主制度。於是就要借助散播這個置於寄生生物上的生物武器，來弱化西歐，迫使放棄民主，迫使走向強而有力的世界政府。
然後這兩年來我們被所有的媒體警告關於服用二氧化氯（註：影片發音像chlorine hydroxide，留言處提到的產品是 chlorine dioxide ）的事情。這是抗寄生生物藥物，已經在非洲使用數十年，沒有副作用。我覺得我們都應該在家庭常備藥中備有一些，以便如果我們遇到DNA改造過的寄生生物時，我們有藥可以處理掉他們的毒性。
注意你身邊發生的事情，好好對待自己，食用有機食物，服用維他命CDK等等，如果你的醫師對自然清理觀念上是敞開的，跟她或他談談。

Hello loved ones, here again my weekly update, today is april 1st 2022. Let me read the weekly message first:
This week:
A good time to detox.
We've exposed our bodies to a host of new toxins over the past year.
We can't set out their effects.
We need a detoxification on the physical as well on the as on energetic level.
Detoxification happens when we make ourselves a positive offering.
Then it is easier to let go of the harmful aspects.
On body level superfoods vitamins and trace elements help.

So as we all experience all the spike proteins through vaccinations or from shedding, the spike breathe, by those who are vaccinated. We've well known now that these are bio weapons. And as we start to learn these are not the only bio weapons used against mankind, there are more already in action. And many of them in the future will be gene manipulated parasites.
We just learned that in some biolabs in the ukraines that worked on these parasites gene manipulation. And some of it found its way to western europe before the Russian invasion. And these new bio weapons are partly genetically so modified that they can attack ethnic groups. And as we are learning now one of the ethnic groups which is under attack are the Caucasians in western europe, because they still hold on to democracy. And to weaken their western europe nations, to let go of democracy, to calling for a strong system of world governmentship, it's forced by spreading this bio-weapons over parasites.
So as we were warned to take chlorine hydroxide(? chlorine dioxide) by all media for two years now. This is a parasite medicine which is in use for decades in africa without side effects. And I think we all should have some of it in our uh home pharmacy so if we contacted with DNA manipulated parasites, we have something to detox them.
Be aware of what's happening around you, take some good care of yourself, go to organic foods, take your vitamins C, D, K, whatever, talk to your physician if she or he is open to natural cleansing.
if you go to superfoods and elements, just see what resonates with your system. So your system knows what will help and what's good for you.
