恐懼是一個很大的議題。老師說,恐懼不必與負面情緒連結,而是中性的,恐懼常常可以帶來立即的行動,而這是好的。舉例來說,你走在路上,突然看到車子來到,恐懼升起,當下立刻你的本能運作,閃到旁邊,就不會被撞。這是一個健康的反應。但這一陣子大流行病以來,恐懼成了附加性的訊息,所有的疫情資訊,都讓我們因這資訊跟著害怕生病、害怕死亡。而持續性曝露在恐懼性資訊,會讓身為人類的我們失去對恐懼的自然反應。

老師說,我們靈性修行者可能會認為自己並沒有恐懼,不跟恐懼共振,不隨之起舞。但來自媒體與外在世界的恐懼散佈與恐懼過載,真的到處都是。這些真的會在我們的身體層級留下痕跡,即便我們並不覺得自己與之共振、與之起舞。因為我們並沒發現自己拿取或允許了這些痕跡進入,而這些痕跡具有讓人退化的影響 - 他們被肉體吸收,造成肉體退化;他們讓身體汲取氧氣的能力退化,而這可能在未來導致癌症。

文章分三部分:課程記述與練習經驗、補充說明。

課程分三個步驟:

步驟ㄧ:箴言 70807080 三分鐘。這個步驟是要將恐懼從身體中釋放出來,會釋放到我們的情緒體,我們的情緒體在這個步驟會經驗到恐懼的波動。

步驟二:手印。雙手放在身體兩側肩膀高度(掌面向前),這會自動收集剛剛釋放到情緒體的恐懼能量。收集夠了之後,雙手合十於心輪前方星光體位置。等待,心輪會有指引性的脈動出現,這時,主動地將雙手保持合十推到前方情緒體位置,然後打開雙手,讓恐懼能量跟隨指引能量引導流出到該去的地方。

步驟三:點化。讓在未來到來的恐懼能量,我們能知道並立即轉化成要達成新目標的靈感脈動。

個人經驗:

步驟一:剛開始念真言,感覺到身體中有無數的金光點點離開,來到氣場,然後內在有一股不安的騷動升起,想要去做點什麼,隨著越來越多的金光點點離開身體,身體變得鬆開,靈活而自由。

步驟二:收集能量的雙手吸附了非常多的能量,剛合十在心輪前方時,心輪先是跟這股能量保持距離,慢慢的有些理解明白,然後真的要用點力才能把能量送到情緒體,打開,感覺到自己能更專注。

步驟三:雖然未來的恐懼沒有到來,但感覺到雙肩上建立的恐懼收集器與心輪前方建立了管道,左邊的管道與右邊的管道在心輪前方星光體會合,然後延伸到情緒體,在情緒體有向外的開口。

老師的補充說明:

步驟一的部分,散出的恐懼能量來自過往、前世,因為所有的恐懼能量一起散開,所以移動是非常巨大,也許還需要重複練習處理。越是深刻的議題,也許更要重複多做幾次,直到自己能夠接受這個恐懼相關的議題,例如,對死亡的恐懼(接受死亡這個議題,所以恐懼得以釋放轉化)。也因此,步驟一跟二可以重複練習。

第三個點化有一個有趣的應用,就是當我們沒有動力時,例如禮拜一早上,可以試著打開媒體,看看新聞,外界的恐懼性資訊就可以在我們的內在系統轉化為自己的動力。




Fear is a big issue. Teacher Agni said that fear does not have to be connected with negative emotions, but is neutral, and that fear can often lead to immediate action, which is good. For example, if you are walking down the road and suddenly you see a car coming, fear rises up and immediately your instincts kick in and you dodge to the side so you don't get hit. This is a healthy reaction. But since the current pandemic, fear has become a side information, and all the information that we have has led us to fear sick and fear death. And constant exposure to fear information can cause us, as humans, to lose our natural reaction to fear.

We spiritual practitioners may think that we do not have fear, that we do not resonate with it, that we do not react with it, according to our teacher. But the fear mongering and fear overload from the media and the outside world is really everywhere. It really leaves traces in our bodies, even if we don't feel like we're resonating with it, reacting with it. Because we don't find ourselves taking or allowing these traces in, and these traces have degenerative effects - they are absorbed by the flesh, causing degeneration of the flesh; they degrade the body's ability to take in oxygen, and that can lead to cancer in the future.

The followings are divided into three parts: course description and practice experience, and supplementary notes.

The course is divided into three steps.

Step 1: Mantra 70807080 for three minutes. This step is about releasing fear from the body and releasing it into our emotional body, and we will experience the waves of fear in this step.

Step 2: Mudra. Place your hands at shoulder height on either side of your body (palms facing forward), this will automatically collect the fear energy that has just been released into the emotional body. When you have collected enough, put your hands in prayer in front of the heart chakra, astral level. Wait for a guiding impulse to appear in the heart chakra. And then, actively keep your hands in prayer and push them to the front into the emotional body, then open your hands and let the fear energy follow the guiding energy out to wherever it should go.

Step 3: Initiation. Let the fear energy that comes in the future be known and immediately transformed into an inspirational pulse to achieve new goals.

Personal experience.

Step 1: At the beginning of the chanting, we feel countless dots of golden light leaving the body and coming to the aura, and then a restless stirring rises up inside us, wanting to do something.

Step 2: The hands that collect energy absorb a lot of energy, and when they are just joined in front of the heart chakra, the heart chakra first keeps a distance from this energy, and slowly understands it a bit, and then it really needs some force to send the energy to the emotional body and open it up, and feels like I have became more focused.

Step 3: Although the future fear did not arrive, I felt that channels are built between the fear collector on both shoulders and the astral area in front of the heart chakra. The channel on the left and the channel on the right meet in the astral body in front of the heart chakra and then extended to the emotional body, where there is an outward opening.

In Step 1, the fear energy is dispersed from the past and past lives. The more profound the subject, the more you have to repeat step 1 and 2 several times until you can accept the subject related to the fear, for example, the fear of death (accept the subject of death, so the fear can be released and transformed). Therefore, steps 1 and 2 can be repeated as many as you need.
