憤怒是中性的,憤怒帶來推進的能量。憤怒在我們的能量系統中,儲存於三個層級:情緒體、星光體、以及身體細胞的層級。

在情緒體,憤怒能量的呈現像是紅色的阻塞物;入到星光體後像是灰色的條紋;入到身體細胞層級後像是點點狀態,阻塞住細胞,讓細胞無法呼吸。這些憤怒能量在細胞中就如同系統中有著未釋放的能量存在著。

練習一:使用真言,感知在三個層級中的憤怒,每個兩分鐘:

  • 情緒體:箴言 778816
  • 星光體:箴言 778817
  • 體細胞:箴言 778818

練習二:從體細胞、星光體、情緒體的順序工作,將受拘束而呈被動狀態的憤怒,轉化成自由而呈主動狀態的憤怒,以供之後運用。方法是:

  • 冥想連結體細胞中的憤怒能量,用右手在頭部星光體的位置,逆時針繞頭畫一圈,接著順時針繞頭畫一圈。
  • 冥想連結星光體中的憤怒能量,用右手在頭部星光體的位置,逆時針繞頭畫一圈,接著順時針繞頭畫一圈。
  • 冥想連結情緒體中的憤怒能量,用右手在頭部星光體的位置,逆時針繞頭畫一圈,接著順時針繞頭畫一圈。

練習三:點化: 給予釋放出來的憤怒能量方向與目標,而這方向與目標的資訊是來自因果體。點化完之後,可以連結一個憤怒主題30秒,感受看看因果體是如何接管與引導釋放出來的憤怒能量,形成新的創造。而之後在日常生活中,會有更多的創意,更多的點子,更有活力而不會疲倦。

個人經驗感受:

練習一:情緒體的紅色能量分布在太陽神經叢前面一大塊,還有上半身左前方的情緒體。星光體的灰色條紋分佈主要在身體前方心輪、喉輪及頭部。身體的點狀物主要分布在頭部,上半身的骨骼及雙手上臂。三個層級的能量都是停滯的。

練習二:三個層級的能量都活動了起來,但有點混亂,沒有方向,有不安定感。

練習三:點化後找憤怒主題練習。看到憤怒能量創造出更大更深的和平空間。


Anger is neutral, and anger brings propulsive energy. Anger is stored in our energy system at three levels: the emotional body, the astral body, and the body cell level.

In the emotional body, anger energy appears as red blocks; in the astral body, it appears as gray stripes; and in the cellular level of the body, it appears as a dotted state, blocking the cells and preventing them from breathing. These energies of anger are in the cells as if there is unreleased energy in the system.

Exercise 1: Using Mantras, perceive anger on three levels for two minutes each.

  • Emotional body: Mantra 778816

  • Body cells: Mantra 778818

Exercise 2: Work from the body cell, the astral body, and the emotional body in order to transform the anger that is bound and passive into the anger that is free and active for later use. The method is:

  • Connecting the energy of anger in the body cells, and use your right hand to draw a counterclockwise circle around your head at the position of the astral body, followed by a clockwise circle around your head.
  • Connection with the anger energy in the astral body, draw a counterclockwise circle around the head with the right hand at the position of the astral body in the head, and then draw a clockwise circle around the head.
  • Connecting with the anger energy in the emotional body by drawing a counterclockwise circle around the head with the right hand at the position of the astral body in the head, followed by a clockwise circle around the head.

Exercise 3: Initiation: Give the released anger energy a direction and a focus, and the information about the direction and focus comes from the causal body. After initiation, you can connect to an anger theme for 30 seconds to see how the causal body takes over and leads the released anger energy to form new creativity. Afterwards, you can have more creativity and ideas in your daily life, and you will be more energetic and be less tired.

Personal experience.

Exercise 1: The red energy of the emotional body is distributed in a large area in front of the solar plexus and the emotional body in the left front of the upper body. The gray stripes of the astral body are distributed mainly in the front of the body in the heart chakra, throat chakra and head. The dots of the body are mainly distributed in the head, the bones of the upper body and the arms. The energy is stagnant at all three levels.

Exercise 2: All three levels of energy are active, but a bit confused, without direction and with a sense of restlessness.

Exercise 3: After the initiation, I looked for a theme of anger and practiced, seeing that the anger energy created a larger and deeper space of peace.
