下週我們將會有很多工作要做,因為我們日常生活中的各個面相都改變了。我們必須要重新調整我們所必須做的工作。而要調整這個,就會產生更多的工作,直到調整完畢。
我們傾向把事情放在自己肩膀然後直接去做,忘了中間休息一下,因為我們以為我們沒有時間可以放鬆一下。但只要一兩分鐘的微休息就可以幫助我們保持活力、保持立於中心、保持我們的專注。
所以記得也許每兩小時休息個一兩分鐘,坐下來,冥想真言,充電,回去工作。
保持快樂,保持健康,分享你的愛,分享你的光。

We'll have lots of workload coming on next week, as aspects change in our daily life. We have to re-adjust what work we have to do. And adjusting this it'll be more work until it is adjusted.
We tend to take it on our shoulders and just do it, forget to take breaks, as we think we have no time for relaxation. But even micro breaks of a minute or 2 help us to stay fresh, stay centered, keep our focus.
So remember to take maybe every 2 hours a minute or 2 sit down, meditate the mantra, refresh, go back to work.
