一開始老師提到,他上週很憤怒,他甚至不知道自己會這麼憤怒。他是如此的憤怒,並不像是通常會出現在他身上的狀況,為他通常是比較冷靜沈著,以不同的方式處理事情。而身為靈性修行者的我們而言,我們也通常是會去將我們的憤怒轉化成其他的方式,因為那並不適當,我們不該憤怒。但老師說上週他是如此的生氣,好像能夠折斷每個人的手腳。所以老師說,他那時真的很需要那個憤怒的創造力量。

老師提到,憤怒很像是在體內有個發炎現象,會在自身周圍創造出界線,因此變得不再能被碰觸。我們不再能以任何方法去碰觸。所以練習一有兩個步驟,步驟一是,我們在自身之內將憤怒存放著的空間,可以騰空。所以憤怒可以離開這些將他們存放著的空間,並來到我們能量場的前方,星光體之處。然後來到步驟二,憤怒可以被集中在心輪前方星光體的位置。

步驟一的方法是輕敲技巧,位置是左手小指接掌處,輕敲的同時,你在內在告訴自己,「是可以放手了」「是可以放掉憤怒了」。因為老師提到,這個敲擊點是與我們的脊柱連結,而我們的脊柱是我們意志器官。所以這讓我們意志可以去放掉我們所緊抓住的,使其可以浮上表面。然後接著是步驟二,為了要在心輪前方星光體集中所有這能量,再次用到左手小指,輕敲我們小指的甲床內側,這會讓我們的身體去將所有的憤怒集中在心輪前方。

每個步驟各約兩分鐘練習。

練習後,老師分享自身的經驗。步驟一時,老師覺得自己像是站在高到脖子的水中,接著憤怒像是泡泡般在他眼前的水中冒出,還繞他的頭,也霧化了他的視野。而當老師來到第二步驟時,就像是泡泡們開始移向心輪前方,也就是說老師的視野所見不再霧化,而泡泡準備好了要被轉化成別的東西。

老師說,練習二是有關憤怒。憤怒像是我們心輪前方的泡泡,但被包覆著。所以憤怒無法自由移動,所以我們必須將他帶回他原生之處。這意味著,憤怒不會消融而將會裂解成不同的部分。所以憤怒將會從包覆中依他形成由來而裂解成不同的部分。而對我們來說重要的是去觀看並找出憤怒的緣起所在、生自何處。而做法是,複頌數字真言 19 18 17 16 15。唸個兩三分鐘,讓包覆層裂開,而不同的部分回到他們各自實際原生之處。然後花上2、3分鐘去看,去理解,去知道這個憤怒的起源。

練習5分鐘。

接著是練習三的點化,老師提到,我們會用到裂開或原始的憤怒各個部分,允許他們合在一起而創造出創造性的面向。這可能會有一個、兩個或三個或更多的創造性面向出現。所以只要當一個面向被創造出來,而完成後,我們在我們之內引導這個面向去到他能夠開展自身創造性的地方。所以如果有多過一個面向的情況,你就一個接著一個完成。

Agni said, the topic is the creative power of anger, and he was so angry last week, he doesn't even know when he was this angry. So he was so angry and he said it's like something that usually does not happen to him, because he's usually more calm and quiet and deals with things in a different way. And for us as spiritual people, we also usually tent to turn our anger into to something else, because it's not appropriate, we shouldn't be angry. But he said he was so angry he could have ripped everybody's legs and arms out last week. And he said, so he really needed the creative power of that anger.

Agni said that anger is similar to an infection within our body, that kind of (Agni: inflammation) inflammation within our body that decides to create like boundaries in around itself. So it's not accessible anymore. There's no way we can usually access this anymore. So the first exercise has 2 steps, the first step is all these places within ourselves where our anger been stored, let's say that, can now be released. So our anger can leave these places where it's been stored and they comes into the astral level, you know, to the front of our energy field. And from there in step 2, it can be collected in front of our heart chakra, also astral level.

So the way to do this for step one, it's the tapping technique. Left hand, just here, where the little finger goes into the hand. You tap at the same time, on the inside, you tell yourself, 'it's OK to let go', 'it's OK to release the anger'. Because Agni said this point is connected to our spine, and our spine is our will organ. So this allows our will to let go of what we're holding on to, so it can rise to the surface. And then the second step, in order to collect all of this energy in front of our heart chakra on astral level, is again left hand, the pinky, tapping the inside of the nail bed of our pinky. And that means, that allows our body to collect all that energy in front of our heart chakra.

So per step it should be around 2 minutes. So within five minutes we should be done.

For Agni, he said, the way he experienced it was like, in step number one, that feeling like he's standing in water almost to his neck, and then it's like the anger created like bubbles that popped out of that water in front of his vision, his eyes and around his head. And it clouded all of his vision. And as soon as he went to step two, like all these bubbles started moving in front of the heart chakra, which now means they don't cloud his vision anymore, but they're ready to be transformed into something else.

So, the 2nd step, is about this Anger, like Agni described, like bubbles in front of our heart chakra, but it's encapsulated. So it's not free. So we need to bring it back to where it originated from. That means, it will not dissolve but it will break up into different parts. So it will break out of its casing into the different aspects that it was formed out of. And it's important for us to look and see where the anger originated, where did it come from. So the way to do this is to repeat the numbers mantra that Agni put into the chat, which is 19 18 17 16 15. Just repeat that for 2 to 3 minutes, which allows the casings to breakup, and the different aspects to return to where they're actually originated from. And take another 2 to 3 minutes to see, to understand, to know where the origin of this anger was. 

So Agni 's gonna set the timer for 5 minutes and then we'll have an exchange after.

So, the 3rd step. We take the broken-up or origin parts of our anger, and allow them to come together to create creative aspects. This could be one or two or three, however many. So as soon as one aspect is created, and it's finished, we guide it to where within ourselves, where it can unfold its creativeness. So if there's more than one aspect, you do one after the other.
