第一部分 Agni

一開始，老師提到，我們看到及聽到人們說道，2024年將會是個有趣的一年。而老師說，最大的改變之一，或說最大的改變就是，全球意識的改變，這預期將會始於2024年1月21日。

老師說，一直一直以來，我們持續談論著這些新時代、黃金世紀，也就是回到一個時代，有更多的意識、開放的意識、與我們自身天堂更容易連結，有點像是雅特蘭提斯時代。

所以問題來了，為什麼？為何是現在？如何發生？跟我們長久以來一直冥想有關嗎？老師說，不，並不真的如此，但冥想對正在發生的狀況會有幫助。然而，現在真的正在發生的狀況，它的答案並不是因為我們的人類天性、或人類存在本質、也不是因為我們身為人類所做過的事情。這其實是與地球的道路或演化方向，以及地球所在的行星排列、行星位置，有較大的關係。

老師說，當然有一些議題，跟隨著這個意識改變、或整體改變而來。我們必須對其中的某些議題提出提醒。其中最重要的一個是，一直嘗試統治我們，要我們依他們要我們去做的做、依他們要我們去想的想，的這些精英之原型（母體），他們將會開始動搖。因為他們無法將我們隔絕於新意識之外，只要有更多的人們揚升進入新意識，這些人就會難以被控制。所以這個控制將會動搖，而這會導致這些精英試著要施加更多的限制在我們身上，好讓我們乖乖聽話。而再次，這不會真的成功。但你們是知道，在那些層級會有因果關係的。在那同時，會有人並未對這個改變做好準備。因為他們不像我們這麼常常冥想，他們不像我們這麼有意識地對這個時代做好準備，所以他們將會感到他們要瘋掉，感到他們自身真的真的有什麼不對勁。所以他們真的真的需要我們去幫助他們跟引導他們。

老師接著說，現在將會有個競賽。一方會嘗試將每件事同質化，也就是要讓每個人的意識都相同，所以將不再有個人主義，例如是透過：疫苗施打、透過晶片、透過電磁場。而這是很誘人的，因為這讓人感到如此我們都是一體的，但事實上我們並不是，我們只是一體的一部分，甚至不是智識上的一體，而是被迫相信我們是智識上的一體。而另一方則是不想這樣的人，也就是我們，我們要的是全球意識提升，我們想要這樣的意識提升，以及我們想要合一的感覺，但對我們而言，合一的感覺是來自我們的理解，理解到合一只有透過每個人與自身天堂連結，才能夠發生，然後存在我們天堂的事物會來到地球顯化，這樣也會創造出合一，但這是一個個人主義之內的合一，每個人都不是生來要跟其他別人一樣的。所以雖然這可能感覺有些一樣，這感覺我們有點像是有同樣的目標，但事實上不是。不同之處在於一方的合一是要將你跟自身的天堂切斷，另一方的合一則是要你與自身的天堂深深地連結，如此你無法與你的天堂分離。

老師說，當然這樣的競賽，結果將會產生攻擊，攻擊像是我們這樣，想要去提升個人意識本質的人，也就是世界會開始去更進一步地嘗試與壓抑這些。如我們觀察到的中國、法國與瑞士，這些地方都在突然間，某些議題，我們本以為20年前就解決的舊議題，突然又浮上檯面了，我們以為這些在20年前已經結束，現在又以同樣的方式被操作。 所以，這就像是舊的機制、舊的議題被嘗試用來控制個人化的意識。而這同時，對我們而言，類似我們的信仰系統及類似我們的傳承的人而言，會被試圖推到角落，聲稱我們是奧秘的，然後我們不會在意識上及靈性上被嚴肅對待。這意味著，藉由將我們推到角落，會像是試圖告訴世界，我們所想做的只是要讓人們無法能夠與他們自身合一、與其他人合一。所以這就像是假裝我們就是那個試著要讓他們無法與其他每個人合一的人。所以，這就像是他們還沒領會到這並不是因為我們、並不是因為人類、而是因為地球正在提昇自身的意識，所以即使阻止了我們，也不會阻止世界，因為這是身為行星的這個世界在運行的自然軌道上要提升自身的意識。所以無論人們對我們做什麼事，地球仍然會走在這條道路並提升自身的意識，所以我們是被錯誤地攻擊或壓抑或阻止的一方。

老師說，這個始於1月21日的意識變動，很明顯地不會像是全部意識一次變動。因為即使是已經準備好的我們也無法如此因應，這樣會太多了。這會是個過程，它將會開始，也將會一路走到2026年。但老師說，他預期2024年會有最多的抗拒發生，人們對變動會有最多的抗拒，因為很明顯地這是新的而你知道，人們要試著去因應它。所以，不是說「耶！」，人們會說「喔，我的老天，不！」。並不只是一直嘗試要控制我們的菁英而已，要再加上每個人、每個尚未準備好的人，會有太多理由去抗拒這個新意識。老師說，針對精英們，很明顯地我們必須準備好，因為他們會再次將恐懼施加在我們身上，也許藉著聲稱有新病毒，也許藉著宣稱或威嚇將有核戰，等等之類，有太多恐懼的方式可以被嘗試並讓我們處於控制之下。老師說道，那是他們將會做的事，因這是唯一的方法，讓他們可以基本上不讓我們願意前進。如果他們讓我們保持在恐懼之中，我們就不會往前移動。所以老師說，我們應該對著所有這些威脅就去嘗試跟練習我們的微笑，因為這是最簡單或最好的方式去回應這些恐嚇，因為確是如此，他們就只是恐嚇。

老師提到，主要議題中的一項是有關我們的環境保護，這是他們在全球都嘲弄著我們的。就像在歐洲確實如此。這就像是，你不該太常開車，你不該太常用暖氣，什麼都不要，不管你做什麼，最好是不要呼吸，因為你會污染環境，你會讓環境變壞。但老師說，事實上，人類傷害環境的部分只佔0.03%，其他都不是人為的。所以不論我們製造出什麼或我們用了多少能源，一點都沒有增加氣候上的危害。是的，那並不是我們造成的。在此同時，全世界中，有現成的技術可以造出颱風、颶風，讓火山爆發，創造地震，比我們所知的任何事情都要強烈更多，就是要去確保，我們身為人類會理解到天氣是如何被我們弄壞，以及弄到多壞。而藉著這些可能手段去確保每個人處在足量的恐懼之中而會去跟隨他們的恐懼論述，並同意一個單一世界的領導統御，不再有個別差異。所以再次，這全都有關於他們想要引發並加諸我們身上的恐懼。

第二部分 MaRa

老師們大約一個月前閱讀新年工作坊，MaRa 老師提到，她不想說那很驚悚什麼的，但那是關於2024將帶來的改變的一個很強烈的閱讀。

世界會天翻地覆，而MaRa 老師覺得我們大多數已經以某種方式經驗過這個。MaRa 老師說，尤其是今年、疫情的這幾年，因為所有我們的信念系統都被質疑，或我們必須去質疑它們，因為有如此多我們相信的事情結果不是真的。而這將會變強烈，因為我們的信念系統、我們的思考方式、我們傾聽的方式都必須改變，因為我們需要能夠跟著黃金世紀的能量流動。

MaRa老師說，這將顯露出來，這將對我們行為舉止產生影響，因為如果你的信念系統改變，接著你身為人身會隨之改變，然後你在世界上的行為也跟著改變。對老師而言，讓她注意到，而在那時去跟阿格尼討論的最初的事情之一或最初的地方之一，是老師感受到，就身為門徒的老師這個身份而言，他必須要做些改變，但老師還無法將這以言語形容，但老師就是知道。這是老師理解的起點，就是我們事實上需要去改變。這就像老師的外在整個世界天翻地覆，老師的思考天翻地覆，這也意味著老師的腦袋需要產生新的神經突觸，以便能夠跟隨這個能量，以便能讓那個能量流入世界。

MaRa老師說，對那些選擇不要提升自身意識的人而言，他們不想進入這個新意識的場域，他們將會走，他們將會離開，他們將會離開地球，這沒關係，所以社會上也將同樣將會有巨大變動，原因是許多不想要新意識的人 - 每個人都可以有他的選擇 - 他們將會離去。所以我們預期會有更多的人死去。而在這同時，因為我們是做好準備的，我們一直在新DNA方面努力，我們允許新DNA在我們之內發生，對我們而言，這些腦內連結會更快地連起來，而會更有意識，而讓新的思考場域在我們的腦之內能將自身創造出來，而這場域不會被外在世界輕易影響，這會讓人非常非常放鬆。老師說，感受就像是，你不用再總是保持著最高警戒來避免被外在世界影響。而在這同時，這些新的思想場域也允許我們去思考我們以往無法思考的事情，連結上並接觸到過去2萬年我們無法連結的資訊與知識。所以我們的整個系統需要改變，才能夠真的接觸並跟隨這個新的能量。

MaRa老師說，這樣的過程是2024年的特徵，會橫跨一整年、每件事、每個人。它影響到我們的思考過程、我們的身體狀況、我們的周遭、我們的環境，這與我們意識上有沒有覺知到這件事，並沒什麼關係。對我們而言，或許我們意識上是覺知的，我們會比較快注意到，但它將是影響到整個世界。所以即使你並非在意識上有覺知到，它還是會影響你，它將會開始改變你之內的事物。而這真的會像是發生了社會異動或社會變遷，因為隨著這個影響，即便有人試著阻止，隨著這個新生的新思想世界誕生，社會還是必須去適應並改變。

MaRa老師說，我們都知道2023是個療癒年，並不僅只是療癒，但真的像是我們可以接觸到我們最深的疼痛與創傷，而能夠療癒它們，這是我們過去無法做到的。因為能量對這是如此具有支持性。但我們並未都對這抱持足夠的嚴肅態度，而真的對這個能量做到最大的運用。不用說是因為我們對這個能量有抗拒，我們都很了解自己，有時候我們碰觸不到是因為我們將疼痛與創傷埋得如此之深，以至於我們沒有辦法真的碰觸到。當然療癒將會發生在我們整個的生命歷程，在我們完成我們的療癒道路之前我們不會死去。但會發生的事情是2024年強迫了這個療癒發生，新的意識強迫了療癒發生，而強迫性的療癒是很痛苦的，而為了讓我們的心在這個痛苦中不會碎掉，老師提供給我們一個技巧。所以問題是，問題在於我們時常不知道我們哪裡沒去到、我們不知道我們哪些沒碰觸到，而我們今天在這裡，這個啓發（點化）將只會施行一次：阿格尼為我們創造這些新的神經突觸連結。

在阿格尼點化之後，你們將會拿到一個液體，像是紅色液體，看起來像心之血，MaRa老師説，那當然不是她的心之血，也不真的是心之血，但這會在我們碰觸到過去沒到達的點時，將我們的心穩定下來。因為在理解到什麼是我們過去所一直避開的點的當下，會是相當痛苦的，真的會讓我們為自己心碎，不為他人而是為了我們自。而之後為了支持我們並幫助我們療癒、維持穩定，你們會收到這個液體，它存放在一個小容器，它是得自眾神人，而整個2024年你都能夠使用，在2024年它都不會空掉，另外，一個好消息是我們還在屬於2023年的年末，所以我們可以運用2023年年末的能量，藉著我們今天所學到的，來為我們自己療癒。我們能夠運用這個，這是最酷的部分，因為我們仍在2023年，這個能量仍能為我們所用並真的支持我們。痛苦的事情是，我們將必須目睹身邊人們經歷強烈的痛苦，因為發現跟理解，對處理我們的議題是有幫助的。在我們身邊，對自身獨有的疼痛與創傷之療癒道路，仍停留在尚未覺知的人們，因2024年時這些疼痛與創傷將會變得非常具體，非常能被感覺，那時創傷與疼痛的力道將會重擊他們。所以我們將目睹許多人在身體、情緒、及靈魂層次上經歷強烈的痛。所以他們將會更需要我們，他們需要更多的引導，他們需要支持。因爲就老師而言，當老師閱讀這個新年工作坊時，這段是光閱讀著就感到極痛的部分之一。因為老師可以感受到集體的痛，這真的讓老師感到悲傷，覺得我們必須經歷這個，而我們能幫忙的有限，因為，老師說，這個痛比老師以前所經驗過的都還要痛，就是這樣。

第三部分 Agni

第一個部分與練習沒有關係，老師提到他身後的符號，阿格尼符號，阿格尼的工作符號。符號是中有個濕婆的三叉戟，下方的圓圈代表地球，兩者都是金色，是慶賀這天，這新時代，訴說著神再次統御地球。而這是 Agni 在這裡的原因，要確保這會發生，這個意義是，我們都與我們的天堂源頭、天堂國度、阿格尼宇迦（時代）相連，而阿格尼宇迦就是現在。現在正開始著，這就是為何祂在這裡。

然後是為此建立新的神經突觸連結，這是有關將我們與自身的神聖起源、神性寶座重新連結，再次成為地球上神性國度的符號。

練習的部分分兩個步驟。步驟一是老師為我們點化，步驟二是我們將能夠為身邊、親愛的人提供去幫助與支持他們，讓改變不會那麼如先前告知般的痛苦。

步驟一，點化。老師以金色神性封印碰觸我們的每個脈輪，從海底輪一直到頂輪，而這將連結所有我們在地球上運用的創造層級，並重新將他們定位在神性寶座上。

點化完後，老師很高興地提到，很棒的是看到有一個金色的網絡流動連結了所有的脈輪，而我們中的大部分，思緒立刻連上了神性寶座，而非要經過考慮後才決定是否要連結、該如何連結後等等的過程，就是自動就連上了，老師說這會幫我們內在清出很多的空間。

而步驟二是我們為其他人做的。因為我們會經歷同樣的過程，對未來兩年沒準備的那麼好的人，我們可以檢查並看看他們的哪個脈輪比較抗拒，然後我們以我們的手從我們的脈輪取出金色神聖封印的能量，放在其他人的那個脈輪上。

第四部分 MaRa

兩個步驟中的步驟一是裝有心之血的小玻璃瓶。在冥想中，MaRa 老師從眾神人處拿到小瓶子後，將小瓶子放到每個人的手上，然後每個人收到後，雙手貼在身體心輪，將小瓶子中的心之血放入自己的心輪。然後保持狀態一會兒，感受一下，你會感受到它像是在你的心輪塗上一層香脂，也流入了你的情緒體。之後如果你需要這個支持、這個療癒支持時你所需要做的只是觀想這個，當然你可以將手放在那兒，但真的你所需要的只是觀想這個，而它將會釋放出它所裝的液體，來到你之內的需要之處。

MaRa 老師接著提到，療癒通常意味著某件舊的事物結束，某件新的事物開始。這也意味著我們想要重新聚焦、或專注於某件其他的事情，或找到新的方向，而這就是下個步驟。老師接著說，Amritabha 是我們的母光中心，一切從那裡開始。在過去超過20年，來到、留下、支持、及生活在 Amritabha 的眾人幫助之下，小小的白色火焰已經成長，並能支持所有向外走入世界的光及光中心領導人。所以小小白色火焰已經成為巨大的白色火焰，連結了天堂與地球。而這白色火焰能夠給予我們指引，也能透過我們給予他人指引。

MaRa 老師說，我們所需要做的就是連結這個白色火焰，你會感受到，當連結到位時，你會感受它自動帶給你指引。而你所要做的就是願意，願意接受哪個連結，那個能量，並允許它流進你，來讓你經驗到指引。而那會讓你有能力去給予他人指引。這也是任何時候你需要時都可以重複做的，沒有時間上的限制。只要你覺得可以並想要指引，你將會感受到、看到、與經驗到。這會與你從你的老師或神人得到的指引不同。因為這是個對我們將要經歷，要進入黃金世紀能量的這個改變，特別有幫助的指引。所以這對這個時候是非常有幫助的。

第五部分 Agni

老師說，最後一步是找出形狀，或說是找出自身獨有的外形，並將它充滿那個能量。老師說，因為封印之連結對我們而言還不能讓這發生，因為太快了，但現在我們必須去發現這個外形，也就是每個脈輪花兩分鐘去讓這個能量流入、四處移動、各種方法，我們也許需要舞動或是其他，但之後，當完成每個脈輪，你首先左腳跺地，然後右腳跺地，這會讓能量封印住並在每個脈輪穩定而形成其外形。

Part 1    Agni

Definitely the topic 2024.

Agni said that, 2024 is going to be an interesting year, we've read, we've heard people are saying. He said, one of the biggest changes, or the biggest change is the change in world consciousness, which is supposed to start January 21st.

Since forever, basically forever, we've been talking about these new times, the Golden Age, the going back to an Era that has to do a lot more consciousness, open consciousness, easy connection to our own Heavens, something similar to Atlantis, 

So the question is why, why now? how? and does it have anything to do we've been meditating for such a long time? And Agni says no, not really but that is definitely supportive of what is happening now. But really what is happening now, the answer does not lay in our human nature or human being, or what we have done as human beings. It has more to do with the way or the evolution of the Earth, and the way it is situated in the planetary consistence, in the planetary position. You know, where it sits and how it has evolved and where is going and that opens up new consciousness fields we have not been able to access for the last 20,000 years.

So there are of course topics that come with this consciousness change, or with entire change. And some of them we have to address. One of the important ones is that the Matrix of the elite that has been trying to rule over us, or make us do what they want us to do and think what they want us to think, this will start to waver, because they can not keep us from New Consciousness, and as soon as more people rise into the new consciousness they are much harder to be controlled. So this control will waver, and that will lead to the elite trying to impose more restrictions on us to keep us in line, which again, will not really work. But that's you know cause and action on those levels. And at the same time, there are who are not prepared for this change. Because they've not been meditating as long as we, they've not been preparing for this time as much consciously as much as we have. So they will feel like they're going crazy and something is really really wrong with them. So they really really need us to help them and guide them.

So Agni said there is a race right now. One part or one competitor is trying to (CanSan: making everything the same, I don't know one word), I don't know how to translate the word, but it's like making everybody's consciousness the same, so there's no individualism anymore, through vaccination, through chips, through electromagnetic fields, what have you. And it's very enticing, because it feels like then we are all one. But actually we're not, we're just of one, not even even of one mind but we are made to believe we are of one mind. And then the other side is the ones that don't want this, that are, you know, that the other side, us, we want global consciousness rise. (chat: assimilation, chat: homogenization), we want this consciousness rise and we want this feeling of oneness, but for us, this feeling of oneness comes from our realization that oneness only can happen through everybody being connected to their heaven, and then whatever is in our heaven coming to earth to manifest , this also creates oneness but oneness within individualism, nobody is made to be the same as everybody else. So even though it maybe feel kind of the same, and it maybe seem like we kind of have the same goal, we really don't. There is a difference between oneness that cuts you off from your heaven and the oneness that wants you to be so deeply connected that you cannot disconnected from your heaven.

So Agni said, of course the results will be like attacks, you know, attacks against those, like us, that want to further this individual consciousness being, and like the world is starting to try and suppress that even more, like China, we've been watching, and France and Switzerland, you know all these places where all of a sudden, topics, that are like old, like 20 years old that we thought had been resolved, all of a sudden resurface, and you know, are like dealt with in a way that, again, we thought 20 years ago we were over this. So it's like old mechanisms, old topics are trying to be used to keep this individualized consciousness in check. At the same time, for us, like, people likes, like our belief system, our traditions are trying to be put in a corner, you know, claiming we're like, I don't even know, that is (to CanSan: is that an English word? CanSan: esoteric) esoteric. We're not to be taken seriously on a consciousness and on a spiritual level. And it means that, by putting us in a corner like that, is like telling the world, trying to tell the world that the only thing we want is to keep people from being able to to become like one with themselves, and with everybody else. So it's like pretending we're the ones that are trying to keep them away from being with everybody else. So it's like, like they have not, the other side and I have no other word right now, the other side has not yet comprehended this is not about us, it's not about human beings, it is about the earth that is raising its consciousness, so trying to stop us, you will never stop the world because it's a natural course the world is taking, as a planet, in raising its consciousness, so no matter what people try to do to us, the Earth will still walk that path and raise its consciousness, so we're actually the wrong side to attack or try to keep down and prevent from what we're doing.

So this consciousness shift, that will start on January 21st, obviously is not like immediately the entire consciousness has shifted. Because even we who are prepared could not deal with that, that would be way too much. It's a process, it's a process that will start and it will go way into 2026. But Agni said he expects like 2024 to have the most resistances to show, for people to show the most resistance against that change, because obviously it's new and you know people are trying to deal with it so instead of saying yeah people are like 'Oh MyGod, No'. you know what should we do with this, not the elite that has been trying to control us, but everybody, everybody that is not prepared, there are so many reasons to resist, new consciousness. He said for the elite obviously we have to be prepared because they will start using fear against us again, by maybe announcing a new virus, by maybe announcing or threatening us with atomic war, whatever, there are so many usages of fear to try and keep us in check. And he said that's what, that's what they will do because fear is the only thing that can keep us from changing basically from being willing to go. If they can keep us in fear, then we will not move forward. So he said we should just try and practice our smile at all of these threats, because that's the easiest or best way to answer to these threats, because that's what they are, they are just threats.     

So, one of the main topics is our environmental protection, that's what they're taunting us with Worldwide. Like, you know, like definitely here in Europe, it's like, you know, you don't drive so much, don't heat so much, oh, don't, you know, it's like whatever you do, the best is not to breathe because you will taint our environment, you will make it bad. But Agni said, in reality, humans, the part that humans add to destroying the environment lies by 0.03%, the rest is not human made. so whatever we produce or do or how much energy we use, does not add to climate stress at all. OK, that's not us. At the same time, worldwide, there are technology in place to produce typhoons, hurricanes, have volcanoes erupt, create earthquakes, that are much much much stronger than anything we know, just to make sure, we as human beings understand how bad the climate has been affected by us, and how bad it is affected, and  you know with these possibilities to make sure everybody stays afraid enough to follow this narrative of fear, you know, and says yes to one world leadership, that has no differences anymore. So again it's all about the fear that they're trying to induce and keep us.   

So Agni said, this was his lukewarm introduction into the topic of 2024, but this is not about him giving out a speech or a monologue, it's about a duologue which means it's now my turn.

Part 2    MaRa

Yeah so, we read the New Year's seminar about a month ago. And I don't want to say it was scary or anything, but it was very intense reading about the change that 2024 really wants to bring.

The world is turning upside down and I think most of us have experienced this in one way or other. You know, especially during this year, these years of pandemic, because all of our belief systems have been questioned or we had to question them, because so many things we believed turned out to not be true. And this is going to intensify because our belief system, our way of thinking, our way of listening has to change, because we need to be able to flow with the energy of the golden age.

This will show, this will have an effect on how we conduct ourselves, because if your belief system changes, then you as a person change with that, and the way you conduct yourself in the world. For me, one of the first things or one of the first places I noticed this at  and I talked with Agni about at then is how I feel, I need and want to change as a teacher for my disciples, and it's not, I cannot put it into words, just yet, but I know that, for me that's where the understanding started how much we actually need to change. It's like my whole world turns upside down on the outside, my thinking turns upside down, which also means my brain needs to create new synapses, I think it's what they're called like these connections, within it, in order to be able to follow this energy, and in order to be able to allow that energy to flow into the world. 

For those that choose not to raise their consciousness, they don't want to come into this new consciousness field, they will go , they will leave, they will leave the Earth, which is fine, so there will be a big shift in society as well because many who don't want the new consciousness, which everybody has their own choices, they will leave. So we expect more people to die. And at the same time, because we are well prepared, we've been working on our new DNA, we've allowing it to take place within us, for us, these connections, these brain connections connect much faster, and more conscious, so that new thought fields create themselves in our brains, that are not as vulnerable to the influence from the outside world, which is really really relaxing, I feel, if you're, if you don't always have to be on highest alert in order to avoid being influenced from the outside world. And at the same time, these new thought fields also allow us to think things that we could not think before, connects to what Agni told us that we are now able to, then able to access these informations and knowledge that we have not been able to connect to for the last 20,000 years. So our whole system needs to change, in order to be able to actually access then follow this new energy.

This process characterizes 2024, you know, it goes through the entire year, everything, everyone, you know, it influences our thought processes, our physical being, our emotional being, our surroundings, our environment, and it does not really matter whether we are consciously aware of it or not. For us, maybe we are consciously aware, we noticed quicker, but it will affect the entire world. So even if you're not consciously aware it will affect you and it will start changing things in you, and it's really like a social or society change or shift that happens, because with that influence and these new thought worlds that are produced, society has to adapt and it has to shift, no matter who tries to keep it from happening.

We all know hopefully that 2023 is and was the year of healing, not just healing but like really having access to our deepest pains and traumas, and being able to heal them, in a way that we were not able before. Because the energy was so supportive for this. We did not all take this serious enough in really making the best use of the energy, not saying we have resistances which we do, we all know ourselves well enough, sometimes we don't have access because we buried our pain and trauma so deeply that there's no way we can actually get to it. OK, and of course healing will happen you know all through our life and it's not , we're not, we're not going to die because we didn't finish our healing path. But what happens is 2024 forces this healing. OK, this new consciousness forces healing, and forced healing is very painful, and in order for our hearts not to break through this pain, this is what I will provide in that next exercise, The problem, the problem is that often we have, we don't know, we don't know where we did not go, we don't know what we did not access, and for us here today, this revelation will only come once, Agni creates these new synapsis connections, so that's why before he does that step, we will do the step that supports us in not breaking under this new consciousness creation. 

So actually you're not gonna get this until after Agni does the closing or the connection of the new synapsis. The liquid that you get, it's like red liquid, it looks like heart blood, it's obviously not my heart blood, and it's not really heart blood but it supports the heart in stabilizing once the realization of where we did not go hits, because understanding in a moment what we avoided for such a long time is really painful, and it really makes our heartbreak for ourselves, not for anybody else but for ourselves, and then in order to support us and help us heal, and stay stable, you will receive this liquid, it's in a little container, it comes from the avatars, and you will have access to it for all of 2024, it's never going to empty itself for all of 2024, and the good part about this now that we're still in 2023,  so our realization today makes it possible for us to use the rest of 2023 in that energy to make healing for ourselves possible. OK, we can use this, this is the cool part about this. That we can, you know, we're still in 2023, so that energy is still accessible for us that really support us. The painful thing that we will have to watch people around us go through intense pain, because realizing, understanding helps in dealing with our issues. For those around us who stay unconscious of their own healing path and their own pain or trauma, it will become very tangible, and very feelable in 2024, and the force of trauma and pain will hit them very much. So we will witness a lot of people going through intense pain physically, emotionally, on the soul level. So they will need, they will need us more, they will need guidance, they will need support, because, for me, when I read the New Year's seminar, that was one of the most painful moments just to read. Because I could feel that collective pain, and it's really to me, it really makes me so sad that we all have to go through this and there's only so much we can do to help, because, man, this pain is beyond anything that I have felt before, definitely.

Part 3    Agni

The first part has nothing really to do with the exercise, but Agni said like everybody can see the symbol behind him, his Agni symbol, we all know what it is, it's his work logo. It has the Shiva trident, and the circle underneath represents the earth, it's both in gold to celebrate the day, the new era, and it says that God takes reign of the Earth again. And that's what Agni is here for to make sure this happens, so that means that you know we are connected to our heavenly origin, to the heavenly reign, to the Agni Yuga which is now, is now starting, OK, so that's why he is here. So that's part one, you might translate that and then I come back to our task.

And for this, establishing new synapsis connections, it's all about reconnecting us with our divine origin, with the divine throne, and to become the symbol of the divine reign on earth again.

This is a 2-step exercise. Step number one is what Agni will do for us as an initiation, and step number 2 is something that we will be able to do with the people around us, our loved ones, to help them and support them. So that this change will not be as painful as announced.

So step number one , what Agni will do with us, he will touch our chakras with the golden divine seal, starting at the root chakra all the way through the lotus chakra, and it will connect all of our creational levels that we use on earth, and refocus them on the divine throne.

And step number 2 he will explain after he's done step number one.

So he will start with the root chakra, he says it will take about 2 minutes per chakra, he will always announce the next chakra.

Agni said it was great to see how a network of golden flows connects the chakras, 

So Agni said he enjoyed the most that our thinking immediately connected to the divine throne instead of going through the process of thinking and then deciding and should this be connected and how do we connect, it just automatically connects, which says he, which he says frees up a lot of space within us.

So the step number 2, what we can do for others, that, you know we'll go through the same process, we're going through only less prepared in the next two years, we can check and see which chakra is going into resistance or whatever, and we just take the energy of the divine seal from our chakra with our hand and hold it on that respective chakra of the other person.

[Gandha] So just check again, we check which chakra have more resistance, I mean the person we check the chakra of the person, if we see heart chakra, we take our heart chakra, take out the golden seal, the divine seal.

[MaRa]Yeah, the energy of the divine seal. And then you hold it physically on there. (discuss with Agni) Physically or virtually you can do that.

[MaRa]Just to make sure, it's like the energy of the seal that we take form our respective chakra, not the seal.it's just the energy of the seal.

[MaRa] You can do that for anyone that you feel you want to do this for.

[Gandha] Without get the permission , we just feel if they need we do that?

[MaRa] I don't know, Agni?

[Agni] You can so it without permission but you can do it for money as well.

[Gandha] OK, I got it.

[Agni] The money it's for commit permission I would say.

[Gandha] Only one chakra or many chakra?

[Agni] I would do one act a time, with people go through fields of energy, and one chakra will be affected at a time, that's the chakra response of shadow.?

[MaRa] No price suggestion

Part 4    MaRa

So the very first step of 2 steps I will do is this vial with heart blood.

Because I'm not quite as fast as Agni and I'm not as adapt to working with these many people at the same time, I will do a little bit differently. So I receive the whole basket of vials with this red liquid from the avatars, and what U need you to do is hold out your hands, and I will just put the vial in there, and then you put it in your heart chakra.

Just keep it there for a moment. Just hold it there in your heart chakra for a moment , feel how it feels. 

Then you can feel how it , you know, lays like a balm over your heart chakra, but also into your emotional body, 

So whenever you need this support, this healing support, then all you have to do is think about it, of course you can place your hand there, but really all you have to do is think about it, and it will, you know, just release its fluid to the place that needs it within you.

I really echoed that feeling.

So healing usually means something old is finished , something new starts. It also means that we need to refocus, or focus on something else or find a new direction, and this is what this next step is for.

So we all know Amritabha obviously, it's the mother house of all of our light centers,  where everything started. And within the last more than 2 decades, the little flame , the little white flame, that light of amritabha has grown with the help of many many people, who decide to come and stay there, and support amritabha and live there. And support the light and all of the light center leaders that have been going out into the world sharing that light. So this little white flame has become a huge white flame, that connects heaven and earth. And this white flame can give us direction, and also through us give others direction.

So really all we have to do, all each and every one of us has to do is just connect with that white flame. and you will feel when that connection snaps into place and you will feel how it automatically gives you guidance. And then that's all you have to do is be willing, be willing to accept that connection, that energy, and allow it to flow into you, so that you can experience guidance. And that will give you the ability to give guidance to others. This is something you can repeat any time you need. There is no time limit to this. Whenever you feel okay you need guidance, go back there, reconnect, just to make sure, this is very different form of guidance, you will feel and see and experience. It's different form you know the guidance you get form your teacher, or from the Avatar, because this is guidance that is specifically supportive to this change that we're going through, into this golden age energy. So that's why it's extremely helpful for this time. For you and everybody else that can participate us.

[Gandha] one question, some participant asked about the liquid, we can only use the liquid to ourself, or we can also use the liquid to others?

[MaRa] No, just we.

So I will give you 2 minutes just to connect and feel that energy.

Part 5    Agni

老師說，最後一步是找出形狀，或說是找出自身獨有的外形，並將它充滿那個能量。老師說，因為封印之連結對我們而言還不能讓這發生，因為太快了，但現在我們必須去發現這個外形，也就是每個脈輪花兩分鐘去讓這個能量流入、四處移動、各種方法，我們也許需要舞動或是其他，但之後，當完成每個脈輪，你首先左腳跺地，然後右腳跺地，這會讓能量封印住並在每個脈輪穩定下來。

So Agni said this last step is about finding the shape or, you know, finding the one, one's own form and fill it with that energy. He said with the seal ,the seal connection did not really allow this for us because it's too quick, but now you know we have to find the form and that means like about 2 minutes per chakra to let that energy flow in, move around , whichever way, we need to dance, whatever, but afterwards, so after you're done with every chakra, each chakra, you first stomp with your left foot, and then with your right foot, which seals the energy and stabilizes it per chakra. (Agni: gives it form) 

[Gandha] Just make sure again, so we use every chakra 2 minutes, to just feel it, you know, to really dance with it? no?

[Agni] Move with, then you dance in the chakra level for 1 minutes or 2, so you go to the root chakra and dance a little, feel it, so it can expand , all the directions, then you stomp with your left, your right foot and it finds the form.

[Gandha] We only do the left foot and the right foot in the end, or every chakra we have to do this.

[MaRa] Every chakra

Agni said, we will all do this on our own, so basically we're done, so this last exercise we all do on our own after we leave here and he said, you know, for whoever would like to come back this afternoon at 3pm German Time for the one, our workshop, the workshop will be connected to the New Year seminar, and the topic is, stabilizing your self-worth, instead of losing it. Because as I said before, through this consciousness change, we lose a lot of our values, of our standpoints, of our realizations, we have to change them, and in order to be stable instead of reducing our self-wroth, we have to elevate our self-worth and stabilize it within this new consciousness. So this is what will happen this afternoon, and it's our usual way of, you know, mantra, Audra, and initiation, and Agni said he's happy to see whoever would like to join.
