這次工作坊的主題是：「社群的新形式」

老師說，我們處在一個瘋狂的年度，有許多的變化被預測、被宣告，但這些與我們周遭環境有關的預兆或預測，並不周延。

老師接著說，在我們目前的生活中，意識上所發生的改變，或改變中的意識，會改變每一件事情，會改變我們經驗、期待、看待人際關係與社群的方式。所以我們不再能夠在我們本已習慣的地方找到它們。

而在我們生活中的某些領域，我們已經適應了這個改變，我們承認事情不能用我們一直以來的同樣方式去處理。但在人際關係的領域是很特別的，我們試著要保持不變，因為我們覺得在這些變動的時期，人際關係是我們的穩定所在，所以我們不能也不願去改變我們看待或經驗人際關係的方式。但老師說，如果我們不改變，那我們實際上將會毀掉人際關係，而非建立它們。

老師說，當然，在溝通的某些層級，我們已經做出改變，而我們也一直願意去做出改變，也一直有能力去做出改變，但並非所有的事情能都能在同時發生改變。所以這是在不同層級上的一個程序。這個程序對我們而言意味著，要依我們自身的時程來迎接改變的到來。所謂程序，就像是我們自己的時間線。所以第一個步驟是真言冥想，這個真言幫助或支持我們，去感知、感受、看見目前已經準備好被完成的這些初始改變步驟，這些為我們準備好去完成以便進入改變的初始步驟，好讓我們真的能夠做出改變。

真言是 77191988，兩分鐘。

練習完老師分享自己的感受説，所謂的新社群，他認出的是，新社群已經在我們的能量場域之內，像是在我們的後面，而透過這個真言冥想，它們來到了前方，而同時包括所有我們已經建立或加入的舊社群，所有的一切都會改變，就像是溝通的層級將會改變，而它們（所有的社群）將會適應這個新的形式（溝通形式）。

緊接著下一個步驟是關於：我們隨身帶入自身生活的人際關係。這些關係，其中有些需要被療癒，或有些並非真誠的。如果我們握持這樣的關係狀態，會發生的是，它們將會毀掉或減損我們的財富。而老師提到，這就是未來，人際關係將會比以往更會影響到我們的生活與財富。所以如果我們握持著更多的不真誠、或需被療癒的人際關係，這樣的狀態會讓我們更容易減損自身的財富、或會讓我們不允許自己活在自身存在本質滿開的豐盛之中。

老師說，這不僅限於我們的私人關係、個人關係，但也當然及於與客戶有關的事業關係。所以老師說，如果它們不在平衡之中、如果這個關係不是真誠的，那就會讓我們的一切枯竭：讓我們的能量枯竭，讓我們的財富枯竭，而這將一直持續下去。所以真的，我們的任務，我們的工作就是要去明白，去真的檢視我們的關係狀態，來看出哪些是不真誠的，而讓它們離開，因為我們拖得越久，它們就越會用盡我們的能量與財富。

步驟二是手印。手印用到兩隻手。右手放在心輪，全程保持不動，要移動的是左手。在臍輪高度，身體層次，將左手放在盡量靠近右腎的部位，抓取右腎的能量，然後拉回到臍輪，將能量放在那，這個步驟會讓我們關係狀態的能量對我們自身的真誠敞開。接著左手放在身體後方左腎的部位，抓取能量，拉回到臍輪，將左腎能量放在已有右腎能量的臍輪。接著左手取出臍輪中混在一起的左腎與右腎能量，然後將左手貼於停放在心輪的右手背上，此時能量會流入心輪，在心輪，左右腎的能量與我們的真誠融合，而人際關係這件事將不再讓我們感到是陌生的，這意味著我們走入一個與人際關係這件事，不同形式的合一。

老師進一步說明，這意味著給出親密關係與接受親密關係這兩者的合一，而這也意味著所有留在我們生命中的關係，現在開始成為我們自身真誠的一部分，成為我們表達自己的方式，而它們與我們成為一體，而非某個陌生的東西。老師說道，直到現在，人際關係仍是某個令人感到陌生的事物，即便它們是我們擁有的人際關係，但它們仍像是處在我們自身之外的事物。但隨著時序來到現在，將到的未來，還有這個練習，它們與我們合一，而成為我們生命中，自身真誠的一種表達。

接著是點化，讓我們可以感知到，對我們而言新社群實際上意味著什麼。會發生的是，那些關係，那些在程序完成後留在我們內在的真誠關係，它們基本上會攜手去創造出這個新社群的核心，而那是屬於我們的社群。而如果我們敞開心胸準備好，我們就能夠看見並感知到關於這個我們的新社群，想去呈現與成為的樣貌。兩分鐘。

最後，老師提到下次在三月十日舉行的工作坊，主題已經出來，主題是「金錢」。

Today's topic, a new form of communities.

So Agni said, we 're like in a wild year with many changes being anticipated, announced, but really the premonitions or the future forecasts for our own surroundings don't do justice to any of this yet.

Gandha: Sorry you said the future prediction, did you said that, about our surrounding and then?

MaRa: No, it's like, all these precautions for the changes, for the futures, they don't do justice to, like, what, whatever is waiting for us and our surroundings.

So, the change in our consciousness, or the changing consciousness, that we're living in right now, changes everything, changes the way we live, expect, see our relationships and our communities. So we cannot find them anymore in the same place where we used to looking for.

So in some areas of our life, we've already accommodated this change, we've acknowledged that things cannot be handled the same way we've always handled them. But it's specifically in the area of relationships, we try to hold on because we feel relationships are our stability in these times of change, so we can't and won't change the way we look at them or live them. But Agni says if we don't change, in, even in relationships, then we actually will destroy them instead of building them.

Of course on some levels of communication, we've already changes, and we're already been willing to change and we've been already able to change, but not everything can change all at the same time. So it's a process on different levels, and the process includes that for us to welcome change also in our own time, okey , it's like our own timeline. So the first step is the mantra meditation, the mantra is in the chat, and it helps or it supports us in perceiving, feeling, seeing these first changes that are now ready to be done, the first steps into changes that are now ready to be done for us, so we can actually do them.

So the mantra is 77191988. 2 minutes.

Agni shared what he recognized is that the so-called new communities are already there within our field, you know, it like behind us, and now through this mantra meditation, they come to the forefront, and including all the old communities that we have built or lived in, everything will change like the communication levels will change and they will adapt to this new form.

So, the next step is about the relationships that we bring with us into our life. Some may need healing, or some are not authentic. What happens if we uphold them, is that they will kill or diminish our wealth. And Agni said, this is the future, that the more relationships we uphold, that, or relationships in this way will influence our life and our wealth much more than before. So the more we uphold relationships that are not authentic or that need healing in that state, the more we diminish our own wealth or don't allow ourselves to be , you know, live in the full abundance of our being.

For this does not only pertain to our private relationships, to our personal relationships, but also of course to our business relationships with our clients. So Agni said, if, you know, if they're not in balance, if that relationship is not authentic, it really drains us from everything, from our energy , from our wealth, and that will keep on going. So really our task , or our job is to realize , to really look at our relationships to realize which ones are not authentic, to let them go, because the longer we wait, the more they will deplete our energy and our wealth.

So, the mudra, very simple but because there's always something behind each step, it's a little bit, you know, you have to , that's why it took me a little bit longer to write everything down. So, the right hand goes to the heart chakra and stays there, does not move, OK, the left hand is the one that moves. So right hand goes to heart chakra. Left hadn't in step one, moves on naval chakra height, it moves across the body to lay on the right kidney front, so it's not going to , unless you have extremely long arms and are extremely skinny, you're not going to reach around the front of your body all the way to your right kidney. So go as close as possible to your right kidney, in the from, so basically you can't even see me but okay, naval chakra height, move across the body, as far as you can towards your right kidney. 

So once it's there it takes the energy from the right kidney and pulls it back into the naval chakra and puts it there.

Here what that does this first step, it opens our relationship, opens our own authenticity.

So then while the right hand is still on the heart chakra, the left hand then goes to the back and lays on the left kidney, and there again takes takes the energy and pulls it in front to the naval chakra and puts it in the naval chakra.

There these energies combined, and these combined energies you take from the naval chakra with your left hand, lay the left hand on top of the right hand onto the, on the heart chakra, the energy will go into the heart chakra and become one. 

And that means like giving and receiving closeness become one, and that also means that all relationships that stay in our life, now are not, now become part of our authenticity and the way we express ourselves, and also they become one with us instead of being something foreign. Agni said, like, up until now, relationships are still something foreign even if they are our relationships, but they're something that's outside of us. But now with this, this time, this upcoming time, but also this exercise, they become one with us and become an expression of our authenticity in our life.

So there's a question in the chat like, do the energies already unified within the naval chakra? And Agni said, no, they just meet in the naval chakra, then together they are brought to the heart chakra, that's where they become one. That's where they unify.

So this is the initiation that we will receive is to allow us to perceive what new communities actually mean to us. So what will happen is those relationships, that the authentic relationships, that are left over after this process within us, they will basically join hands to create the core of this new community, that is our community. And if we open and ready, we are able to see and perceive pictures and information about how this our new community wants to look like and be.
