一開始老師提到，透過太陽風暴，新意識正來到地球。這兩天我們共經驗到三次太陽風暴，有些新意識已經來到，有些正在到來。老師說，因為我們被一波波來到的新宇宙意識充電餵養，今天我們要做的是，認出至少一週內將要來到的，並為其做好準備。
這次就如以往，有三個練習。第一個練習是數字真言冥想，77187719，目的是讓我們明暸在太陽風暴時，我們已經接收到的個人禮物，這禮物是我們已經得到卻還不清楚的。五分鐘。
練習完老師分享說，過程如以往一樣有驚喜等著。老師的驚喜是，並不是只有好的事情出現，也有不受歡迎的禮物想要將自己放入系統。
練習二是手印，目的是放開、釋出並顯現那至今隱藏著的諸層意識。手印的做法是，將雙手舉高放在兩側略高於頭的情緒體部位，接著移動，下移到喉輪前方星光體部位，兩手相對，接著繼續移動，下移打開到心輪兩側情緒體部位。移動要緩慢，約二到三分鐘。
練習完老師分享說，對他而言，這些意識層級就像是名冊，我們要將第一個拉出來才可以摸到下一個，然後將第二個拉出來才可以摸到下一個，而這是我們過去學到的，接觸我們的意識層級的方法。而練習後，像是整個場域被從中劃過而打開，所以我們可以看到所有意識層級的小小側邊，而老師現在就可以隨意取出他想接觸的層級，而不用從頭一個一個拉出才行。
第三個練習是點化，調整我們用來接收宇宙作用力的接收器。我們每個人都有這個接收器，我們沒去用它的原因是因為我們用不到它。老師會將他作調整，讓我們能夠預先一週感知到這些新的宇宙作用力，因為我們已經覺知到了，就不會對這些新的作用力感到害怕、焦慮、或其他如傲慢等等。這樣也會幫助我們去幫助我們周遭的世界、周遭的人們，去調適、理解並接受這些新的宇宙作用力。
練習完老師分享說，他發現這些接收器帶有過濾器，會過濾訊息，讓我們只會接收到跟我們自身有關的訊息，其他的我們不會接收到。

So, for those who were here yesterday, you already know. But those ones that just join us here today, through sun shower, sun storm, new consciousness is coming to earth. And from yesterday to today, already 3 new sun showers have been experienced. Some more consciousness, more information has come and there's still more to come. So Agni said, like, because we are consistently fueled and filled with this new cosmic consciousness, that appear in waves, today is all about us being to recognize what is to come at least a week early, so that we can prepare for it.
So as usual, we have the 3 steps. The first step is the mantra. Meditation with the mantra that's in the chat, it's 77187719. And it's all about for us to realize which individual gift we have already received through the sun shower, and we have not yet realized that we already have them.

So Agni said, as usual, there are surprise waiting. And he said, his surprise was that not only good thing appeared, but also things that wanted to, OK, gifts that wanted to install themselves within the system that were not welcomed.
He said, it's nice he's allowed to be here today.
So, 2nd step is the mudra. And this serves the purpose to free, to release, to make visible these layers of consciousness that have been hidden up to now. And the way the mudra looks is like Agni show. It's like 2 vases. Okay, it start a little bit above the head on emotional body, and then you, it goes, comes down to astral level throat chakra, and goes and opens itself up again to emotion level heart chakra
We do it slowly and feel for 2 to 3 minutes.
Agni said, he's in sharing mood today. So for him it was like, you know, like you have these consciousness levels, and they look like a register. So you have to pull out the first one in order to be able to the next one. And then you pull out the second one in order to be able to reach the next one. So Agni said, it's like, you know, all these steps that we've learned to take in order to access our consciousness levels. But for him, it was like this entire field was cut down straight in the middle and then opened up. So now he can see the small sides of all these levels, and he can just randomly pick which level he would like to access now. So he does not have to go through all these individual steps.
So the last step, initiation. It's about to adjust the receptacle that we use to recognize cosmic influences. So we all have this receiver, we all have it installed, we have just not used it because there was no need to use it. Agni is going to adjust it so that we can now perceive a week in advance these new cosmic influences, which takes away fear or anxiety or whatever that we might have, or ignorance that we might have towards these new influences, because we are made aware of them, and also supports us in supporting the world around us, the people around us, and help them adjust and understand and take in these new cosmic influences.
So Agni said, because there's only so few of us, it will take him about 2, maybe 3 minutes to adjust these receivers, and then we will take 2 to 3 minutes or however long, to look into the week, into the coming week, so we can already grasp the cosmic influences for the coming week. So we have more to share in the sharing round after.
So Agni shared that what he recognized when he adjusted the receivers was that there the receivers have filters. So they filter the information, so that we only receive the information that has any relevance to us. Anything else we will not receive.
Agni said, we are done earlier than usual. usually we are late, but today we are early. the next workshop is on Jen 16th. Of course there's no topic yet. And next week we have ACC and teacher update for those of us. Good night. We'll be there would like to join. And Agni said he's really glad he was here today, because he really thoroughly enjoyed it.
