一開始老師提到，今天的主題是「能夠好好處理等在我們前方的改變」。

老師說，這有著不同的層級，或說發生在不同的層級，而首先是要去消融掉在「說出我們的真實」這件事上一直到現在還阻礙著我們的事物。

「說出我們的真實」這件事不僅是為了他人，但也是為了我們自己：向我們自己說出我們的真實，表達我們的真實。因為我們仍然常常覺得我們太小、我們不夠好、沒受過足夠的訓練、等等，而無法真的表達我們的實相、我們實相中的真實。但實際上，我們是覺醒了的存有，想要走入創造之中，想要開始創造。所以在這兩個實相中有個落差。

就在現在將會有許多的驚訝來到我們面前。你知道的，正發生在世界上的事情，威脅著人們的戰爭，一切的事情。而這一切的目的就是要創造出恐懼，讓我們感到害怕。而這就是要活出並說出你自身的實相與真實時最大的敵人。

步驟一是真言冥想，目的是消融掉這個我們對自己所感受到的不安全感，包括「我們不夠好」，以及一切我們告訴我們自己的。而也要消融掉被灌輸在我們身上的恐懼。

真言是 17701770，三分鐘。

步驟二是關於深化、加強我們與神聖的關係。這是一個好的方式能在每一天都準備好我們的道路，而不是像基督徒的世界中只在週日那樣：你去到教堂，然後有了你與神聖的連結。但是對我們而言，更重要的是每天都有這個連結。所以這些我們在內在及生活上所面對的這些大問題，會能夠得到一個以神聖來對照的實相檢測。因為看著神聖時，世界的問題會很不一樣，或說是，大問題會變得與我們單純感受為自身大問題時很不一樣。我們的問題並不是變小，而是得到了一個以神聖來對照的實相檢測。

手印很簡單，用到雙手中指。左手中指來到眉心輪並保持在那。右手中指繞著心輪、或說在心輪上，逆時針方向畫個圈。圈畫完後，右手中指保持在心輪兩分鐘，直到你感受到這新的與神聖的連結已經建立。

這次的點化像是個聖誕禮物，名稱是「神性領導的誕生」。

這個點化像是個成長計畫，有不同的步驟。第一個會發生的是，「希望的覺醒」，指的是我們已經不知在何時所放棄的那個希望。第二步是，對我們在喪失希望時所受到的情緒傷害做出療癒。第三步是，這個領導層級的打開，要求我們將自身沈浸在這個層級，好讓我們對2025年的企圖能與神性領導合一，好讓他們能真的成為流入我們生活、流入世界的創造性品質。

Today the topic is 'To be able to deal better with the changes that are waiting for us or laying before us.'

So this has different levels, or happens on different levels, and the first one is to resolve what has hindered us up until now to speak our own truth.

This, speaking our truth is not only for others but also for ourselves: speaking our truth to ourselves, expressing our truth. Because we still often believe or think we're too small, not good enough, not trained enough, whatever, to actually express our reality, our truth in reality. But in reality, we are these awakened beings that want to go into creation, that want to start creation. So there is this discrepancy between these two realities.

So there are many surprises that we are or that are given to us in this time right now. And, you know, the things that are happening in the world, and the threatening wars, and everything. And all of these serve the purpose to create fear, to make us fearful. And this is the biggest opponent to living and speaking your own truth and reality.

So, the first step, the mantra meditation, will now serve this purpose to resolve this insecurities we have about ourselves, that we're not good enough, and all of these things we tell ourselves. And also to resolve or to dissolve the fear that is being instilled in us.

So this step number two is about deepening, intensifying our relationship with the divine. So this is a good companion. No, it's a good way to prepare the path to have it like on a daily level, not only on Sundays. I mean in the Christian world. it's like you go to church and you have your connection to the divine. But for us, it's more important to have it daily. So it's an everyday thing. So that these really big problems we face within ourselves and in our lives, become, or receive a reality check compared to the divine. Because looking at the divine, the problems of the world are very different from, or big problems are very different from what we perceive as our huge problems. So our problems become not smaller but they receive a reality check compared to the divine.

So, the mudra is really simple, we need both of our middle fingers. The left one goes to the forehead chakra and it stays there. And the right one create a counterclockwise circle around the heart chakra, or on the heart chakra. And once you finished the circle, you leave your middle finger on the heart chakra for about 2 minutes, until you feel this new connection to the divine has been established.

So the initiation is something like a Christmas present for us. It's called 'the birth of the divine leadership'.

So this initiation has like a development plan, so it's different steps. So the first thing that will happen is the awakening of hope, hope that we have given up before, at some time whenever. The second step is the healing of those emotions that have been damaged through this loss of hope. And then the third part is this opening of this leadership level, which asks us to immerse ourselves into this level, so that our intentions for 2025 can come together with divine leadership, so that they can actually be creational qualities that flow into our life and into the world.

So, in order to make this process, this birth of divine leadership flowing easy, we can help establish it within us by creating like a nest, a welcoming nest for this divine leadership. So for us, within ourselves, like you know, with the birth of a baby where you create, like a nursery and you have like a little baby bed and whatever, so for us to create this little nest or big nest, whatever, for divine leadership, inviting it into us and giving us a place and a home within us.

So the initiation is going to take about 2 minutes as always, but Agni said, after that, we should take about 5 minutes to really welcome this birth of divine leadership within us.

So Agni shared like, it was interesting to see how the earth reacts to what we do, so when we accept basically our that divine leadership and that creational quality that comes with it, the earth also adapts to that, so it's in unity with each other. Whatever we do, we think, we give, the earth reflects to us, so it also will expand its not only consciousness but that connection to the divine leadership.

So the next Sunday seminar is on January 12th, 2025, and Agni said, of course have a good Christmas time, don't let yourself get crazy, don't allow the world to drive you crazy, but really keep instilling this divine leadership, not only in your life, but also share it with the world.
