這次的工作坊，老師課程前就宣布了主題「回到自主控制：你的生命、你的選擇、你的決定」。課程一開始，老師提到，因為環繞著我們的勢力正嘗試要將我們自身的自主控制儘量拿掉，所以這個主題是現今最重要的課題之一。
老師進一步解釋，就像在外在世界所顯露出來的一樣，例如歐盟將在十月導入數位歐元，而美國也打算近期發行數位錢幣，另外聯合國等組織想推動的中央銀行單一數位貨幣制度。然後在所有的機場都有臉部辨識。所以事情就像是，我們正在轉變整個世界，或這樣說，世界正在轉變成為一個處處監視的狀態，我們真的是無處不受監視。
老師特別提到聲音上的監聽，是全面性的，所以隱私不復存在。即使我們關掉了手機，聲音的監聽仍在，你仍然被持續監聽。而關於6G網路，本應是為了讓網路更快，實際是一個用來控制我們思想與情緒的頻率，而讓我們停留在一個幻象，覺得這些都是我們自己的思想，自己的情緒。
老師說，如果我們試著連結，即使不透過6G，我們仍然可以感受到並理解到，我們在哪些部分基本上是被不屬於我們自己的頻率所操控。所以發生的狀況是，我們以不屬於我們自己的想法在思考，我們以不屬於我們自己的情緒在感受事物。所以老師這次想要完成的事情是，在基本上找出所有這些入侵的面向，將它們釋放，並給予我們一些基本上的預警措施，當事情要如上述情況發生時，我們能夠儘可能的避開。
練習一，真言冥想，11778833。練習一幫助我們找出自己身上被外在力量所影響到的部分。
練習後，老師分享說，他覺得像在一個數位監獄裡。
練習二是手印，手印幫助我們釋放掉外來的影響，將我們帶回自身的自主控制。做法是，將雙手形成金字塔狀，從頭的後方身體層次開始，向上移動到頭頂星光體位置，一直移動到眉心輪前方星光體位置。保持在這個手的位置，直到感受到控制著你的外來影響已經釋放掉，而你的自主決定能力已經回來為止。
步驟三是點化，會將我們的下決定時的訊息接受器連結到我們的心輪，來幫助我們為自己下決定。老師會為我們現在的訊息接受器套上一個蓋子，形成一個保護。這個保護的運作方式是，每當我們要下決定時，訊息接受器會自動連結心輪，而透過這個連結，我們有最大的機會能夠保持在自主決定的狀態、自主控制的狀態。因為心輪會是最、最、最、最、最後一個會被外在控制所影響的。

Returning to self control:
Your life, your choice, your decisions
So today's topic is 'Returning to self-control' . And because forces around us are trying to take that away from us as much a possible. Agni feels it's one of the most important topics right now.
So, like it shows itself in the outer world, like in Europe they want to implement the digital EURO in October, and then the USA wants to go to digital dollar in the near future, and the UN and the WHO? and so , they want to go to unified monetary exchanges. And you know there's facial recognition in all the airports. And so it's like we're turning the world or the world is turning into a surveillance state, really like where we are never not under surveillance.
Agni said that you know the audio surveillance is like all over. So there's no privacy anymore. Like even if you turn off your cell phone, you're still, you know, there's still audio surveillance. You're still listening on in. And 6G, which is supposed to come to make the internet faster, is really about the frequencies that control our thoughts and our emotions, and still leave us with this illusion that these are our own thoughts and our own emotions.
So, if we just connect and even without 6G, we can already feel and understand where we are being basically manipulated through frequencies that are not ours. So to think thoughts that are not ours, to feel things that are not ours. And what Agni really wants to do today is to help us find all these aspects of invasion basically, for an invasion, to release them and also to give us something that makes it easier for us to anticipate basically when things are about to go that way, so we can avoid them as much as possible.
So step number one as always is our mantra meditation. The mantra is in the chat. It's 11778833. And it's going to help us find where you know we are influenced by outside forces or foreign forces.
Agni said it feels like a digital prison.
So, step 2 is the mudra and the mudra is to help us to release the foreign influence. And bring us back to our own, what did Agni call it this morning, our own self control. Okay. And so what you do is you put your fingers into like a pyramid, starting at the back of your head. Then you move it up until it comes astral level above your head until astral level in front of your forehead chakra. And you just hold it there until you feel that the foreign influence has left. The foreign influence that has already taken hold has left you. And your own choice is back into focus.
Gandha: So from the beachhead, it's also astral body, right?
MaRa: No, physical.
So, the initiation is about connecting the decision receptors with the chakra. So, you know, what helps us make our decisions. And as Agni showed, like this is how the receptors look now, and then he will put like a little orange cap on them, and that means that it's like they're protected. They are protected because our decisions... because as soon as we make a decision, it automatically connects with our heart chakra, and with that connection, we have the biggest chance to stay within self-determination, within self-control, because our heart chakra is the very, very , very, very last thing that will fall into foreign control.
So Agni said he was surprised because there was actually a step 2 to the initiation that he did't know before. So he said once he gave all the receptors their protective cap, it looked like a Christmas tree without lights. So he had to do a second round where he basically ignited or lit all these lights. So now everything is actually lit up and looks ready to go.
