這次的主題是「內在的景觀變化」。
有關這個「內在的景觀變化」,問題發生在我們的感知接受器,感知接受器或者是發生了改變、或者只是關閉、又或者是全新的狀態。而無論如何,發生的狀況是,有些事令人招架不住,因為事情是在很短的時間內發生這麼多,讓我們產生感知上的問題。這些狀況會以各種不同的方式表現出來。舉例而言,突然之間,你感覺自己回到了黑暗,或是你感到了錯亂。而所有這些狀況都跟我們所經歷到的這個(景觀)變化有關,因為我們無法在不感覺奇怪的狀態下快速適應這個變化。
下一個問題是,處在環繞我們的這個混亂中,我們會追尋有人領導,我們想要有人領導。給到我們身上的訊息密碼,我們或者是感知力不夠、或者是覺知力不夠,而不能很清楚地去好好解碼,分辨哪些是真的光的訊息密碼,而哪些是從另一邊過來的。這會像是,因我我們沒有能力真的分辨出來,我們就想要有人帶領,我們想要被帶領。所以不掉入錯誤的流動路徑真的很難。
這,當然不只發生在我們的內在或直接就在我們的周遭,也一樣會發生在我們稱之為世界的大舞台上。舉例來說,最近有個事件,就是俄國被認為開始攻擊波蘭,到最後曝光的是,實際上是烏克蘭使用俄國的舊式無人機去攻擊波蘭,想要把波蘭帶入戰爭,想要把北約帶入戰爭。
所以今天我們要做的一部分是要去增強自身的辨識能力,去分辨什麼是對的,而什麼對我們是不好的。老師提到,首先,我們或許全部,或應該全部,都還記得我們都曾接受過心輪冥想的點化。而我們現在應該要持續這個練習、或是再次加強這個練習。因為,到最後,我們的心輪會是唯一還知道如何辨識闇與光的那個,所以這是我們每個人都能夠拿來為自己使用的方法。然後第二件事情是,要憶起基督意識,因為我們之中大部分人都曾被點化或以某種方式與基督意識連結著。所以,將我們自身沈浸回基督意識,這樣做也可以支持我們強化這個區辨能力。
練習一是真言冥想,幫助我們更能覺知到自身的內在真實,而透過這麼做或是當我們這麼做時,我們會認出那些我們與之有著深深連結的人。真言是 77191988,三分鐘。
第二個練習是手印,幫助讓我們的老舊行為模式喪失其動力、其力量,並騰出空間給更深的洞見。這就像是讓我們的小我離去。這個手印很簡單,左手放在心輪身體層次,然後帶著放掉舊的行為模式的意圖,將右手放在心輪星光體層次一分鐘,然後帶著同樣的意圖,將右手放在心輪的情緒體層次一分鐘,然後帶著同樣的意圖,將右手放在心輪的因果體層次一分鐘,全部完成後,用兩分鐘讓能量穩定下來。全部共五分鐘。
老師提到,第二個練習在未來幾個月會是很方便的技巧。因為外在世界中發生的事情可能會傾向將我們推向舊有的行為結構,或我們的自動反應會回到舊有的行為結構。所以在現在練習些新的會防止事情這樣發生。老師舉例說道,有新的變種冠狀病毒已經被釋放出來,紐約發現了首例。所以對我們而言,為了不要回到2020、2021年時的狀態,像那時一樣允許政府以及允許世界將我們推向一個破壞大於建設的行為結構。所以,我們現在就開始練習,以免回到舊的行為結構。
老師接著提醒我們,像是流感或是任何種類的病毒造成大流行的時候,箴言 PASHANDRUP 總是一個該記得的好箴言,可以用來應對這些情況。
練習三是點化,點化時要默念箴言 ABENDAGHRA(德語發音)。點化會幫助我們靜下來,或者說是幫助我們關掉持續出現的背景雜音,也就是我們腦中的意念雜音。對我們而言,能夠接納自身的內在寧靜是一種轉化的表徵。
練習後,老師有提到這個箴言 ABENDAGHRA 可以繼續使用,幫助我們回到寧靜。尤其在未來幾週有更多事情會來到而影響我們,到時候這個箴言會有幫助。
最後,老師提到下次週日工作坊是在10月12日,但在這之前會發生許多事情,大家尤其要注意9月21日到9月23日時,在許多層級會有巨大的移動,希望大家能安然度過而不會有心神被打亂的狀況發生。

The topic today is 'Inner Landscape Changes'.
So, the problem with this changes of the inner landscape is that our receptors are either being exchanged, or just shut down, or are completely new. So, so whatever happens is something that is so overwhelming because it's so much in such a short time that we become, that we have a perception problems. And they can show themselves in different ways. Like for instance, like all of a sudden, it's like you feel like you're back in darkness or you 're disoriented. And all of these things have to do with this change that we have, because we're not able to adapt quickly enough without anything feeling wrong.
The next problem is that within this chaos around us, we're searching for leadership. We want leadership. The codes that are given to us, we don't know or we're not perceptive enough, or not conscious enough, and not aware enough to really decipher which ones are actual light codes, and which ones are from the other side. So it's like because we can't really distinguish. It's hard to say, you know, because and we want leadership, we want to be led. It's like really hard to not fall into the wrong flow-path.
So this not only happens of course within us or directly around us, but also on this big stage that we call the world. Like for instance, Agni said, there was an incident where Russia supposedly started to attack Poland, but in the end what came to light was that is it was actually Ukraine using old Russian drones to attack Poland to draw them into the war that the NATO is trying to fight.
[Agni] Und das passiert also nicht nur in uns, sondern auch auf der Bühne wie vorgestern. Russland angeblich Polen mit hohen Angriffen hat und sie haben herausgestellt. Habe, dass das die Ukraine war, die alte russische dröhne genommen hatten, die gar keinen Sprengstoff hatten. Nur am Polen in den Krieg und die NATO den Krieg gegen Russland zu ziehen.
So, part of what we want to do today is to strengthen our ability to distinguish, to differentiate between what is right and what is not good for us. And Agni said number one is we probably all, and should all remember that we were initiated into meditation of the heart, and we should, you know, make sure to keep it up or strengthen it again. Because in the end our heart chakra is the only thing that is left that really knows how to distinguish between darkness and light. So that's the measure that we can use all of us for ourselves. And then the second thing he said is to remember Christ consciousness, because most of us have been initiated or are some way connected to Christ consciousness. So, you know, immersing ourselves back into Christ consciousness also supports the strengthening of this ability to differentiate.
So, step number one, the mantra meditation serves the purpose to become more consciously aware of our inner truth, and through this or while doing this, we recognize those who we are deeply connected to. And the mantra that he wrote in the chat is 77191988.
Three minutes.
So the second step the mudra is to support our old behavioral patterns to lose its power, its strength, and make space for deeper insight. Like, you know, letting go of our ego. And the mudra is very simple, it's the left hand goes physically to the heart chakra. And the right hand starts at the, and he has not said anything about timing, but the right hand goes from first astral level heart chakra, then second step emotional level heart chakra, third step causal level heart chakra.
Okay. So, per step it's one minute, always with the intention of, you know, letting go of the power of the old behavioral structures and so on. So the intention stays the same for each step. So 1 minute per step and then two minutes to just allow the flow to settle. So all in all five minutes.
So, Agni said this second step will probably come in very handy within the next few months. Because things will happen in the outside world that will, maybe have this tendency to push us to , or maybe our automatic response would be to go back into our old behavioral structure. So practicing something new now will prevent that. And he said like for instance there's a new variant of the corona virus that has been released. New York has the first people sick. And he said, you know, for us not to fall back into this, you know, what happened in 2020 and 2021, is like to allow like the governments, the world around us to push us into behavioral structures that are more destructive than supportive. So, practicing now prevents us from going back into this old behavioral structures.
Agni said, just as a reminder like should like influenza or whatever kind of virus, become like one of these pandemics, like PASHANDRUP is always one good mantra to remember and to keep going with that.
So, this third step the initiation is accompanied by this mantra ABENDAGHRA. So while Agni does the initiation we repeat the mantra silently within us, ABENDAGHRA. And the initiation serves the purpose to silence or to turn off this constant background noise, well, thought noise that we have in our head. And for us to accept that inner quietness is a sign of transformation.
[Deborah]: ... and my feeling was that the mantra we can use to get back into that stillness, and Agni said yes, that's what the mantra does, and said that there is more coming the next week that's trying to influence us.
So Agni said the next workshop is, next Sunday workshop is on October 12th, and since there's a lot of change will come, he said we should pay, specifically pay attention to the dates, September 21 through 23, on different levels there's a big shift and he said like be aware so that we kind of get through without any really distraction.
