我認為有助於靈性成長與覺醒的一些常用法門:
一、冥想:練習冥想有助於靜下頭腦,培養正念,及深化自我覺知。
二、正念:全然活在當下並對你的思想、情緒、及行為保持正念,會有助於更深的意識覺醒。
三、內省與日誌:規則反省自身念頭、情緒、與經驗,並將他們寫成日誌,會帶來自我發現與洞見。
四、閱讀與學習:接觸靈性與哲學作品能引發沉思並學到他人的智慧。
五、與自然連結:花時間在大自然中,無論是在公園漫步、在山間健行、或在海邊坐著,都能逐漸發展出敬畏感與互聯一體感。
六、意識社群:將自己置身於志同道合的人群中,他們也在同樣的覺醒旅程,能夠提供支持、靈感、與成長的機會。
七、自我照顧的實行:透過運動、健康飲食、充分休息、與從事喜好活動,來照顧自己身心靈的健康,這有助於全面性的覺醒。
八、身與心的鍛鍊:從事瑜珈、太極、或氣功等,會有助於身心一體並深化覺知。
