今天課程的主題是「卸下你的負擔」,老師說,已經在每週訊息提到:就是我們要從據稱所在的噩夢中醒來,並知道或認出什麼是屬於我們的,以及什麼不屬於我們,然後放掉那些不屬於我們的。

老師說,首先,我們通常會負擔了比我們能背負的多更多,比有益於我們的多更多,一部分是因為我們試著要背負那些不屬於我們的。老師提到,這似乎是源自於基督教,源自新約聖經,聖經寫道:「你們各人的重擔要互相擔當」。而我們在靈性上將它解讀成我們必須在其他人的生命過程中背負他們。

其次,我們的待辦清單是個永無止境的故事。我們已經完成的事項仍停留在我們的待辦清單上,因為我們為我們能夠完成這些事項而感到驕傲。接著,我們在未來需要或想要做的事項,即便是久遠之後的未來,也已經在我們的待辦清單上。所以造成了我們沒有空間或力量來真的完成能夠完成現在所須完成的,因為我們感到已經應接不暇,受不了了。

接著是第一個練習,實際上有兩個部分、兩個手印。第一個部分幫助我們鑑別或知道,什麼是屬於我們的,什麼不屬於我們。手印的做法是:你將你的左手放在你的左耳,右手的(中間)三指從前額的左邊,緩慢移動到右邊,同時你認出什麼是屬於你的以及什麼不是。兩分鐘。

第二個手印幫助我們認出什麼是不屬於當下的,也就是什麼是屬於未來或過去,而不屬於我們的待辦事項。基本上這和前一個手印相反:右手放在右耳,左手三指從前額右邊劃到左邊,同時我們認出什麼是不屬於當下的。

練習完兩個手印之後,老師說,我們真的可以為自己的個人生活做這些練習,去為你個人生活中所規劃出的計畫作清理:這是否是對的時間?這是否該在我目前的待辦清單上,或那是屬於過去或未來?這同樣適用於在你生活中出現的人:他們可能長久以來是你生活中的一部份,或他們是你選擇與之工作、或想要合作的人,老師說我們也可以為此來運用這些練習。

練習二是真言冥想「Elohim 70702121」,老師說,這些我們背負的虛假負擔、實際上不屬於我們要背負的負擔,將他們自己連結上那些真的屬於我們的任務,所以情況就變成很難去分辨:什麼真的是我的任務,也就是我需要並想要做的事情,以及什麼不是屬於這些,是因為我一定要到某處,而跟著順道跳上列車的事情。老師舉例說,像就你必須帶你的小孩去學校,這是你必須做的任務,而舉例來說,你也必須去清理他們的鞋子,不,他們可以為自己做。因此因為這些任務互相連結在一起,對我們而言會很困難去分辨,什麼是我真的必須也想要去做,而什麼是我不需要去做,也不是我的任務。老師接著說,就像世界圍繞著我們,而人們持續將他們的任務加到我們的任務上,因為這有著如下的便利性,「喔,你正好會去買東西,幫我也買一下。」所以這個練習真的會幫我們鑑別出我們必須要做的事跟不屬於我們的事。五分鐘真言冥想。

練習後老師分享自己的經驗,說感覺就像是章魚腳試著要抓住你的心,而藉著真言,他們只能鬆開他們的緊抓。所以他們不再依附,而老師說過程有一部分是,人或不管是什麼,他們有如此多的面向試著要抓住你,而你在日常生活中並沒有辨識這些出來。

練習三,點化,會感覺像是光之油從我們的頂輪流入,流遍我們整個系統。會感覺像是有層薄膜包覆住我們,讓所有這些不屬於我們的東西滑開並離開我們。五分鐘。

點化完後,老師告訴我們,在跟我們解說點化內容時,有靈性協助者出現幫忙將油暖化,所以用暖化過的油幫我們點化是比較舒服的,謝謝靈性協助者。

個人經驗

練習一:事情的分配,自身與別人之間的界線變得明顯,而代辦事項的歸屬,也清楚的依時程排列開來。

練習二:太陽神經叢發熱而鬆開,不會因有過多的負擔而緊繃。

練習三:花了點時間才完成,整個腸道放下抗拒,就讓不屬於自己的在熱油的協助下離去,整個腸道變得輕鬆。

EN Scripts

So everybody who's not familiar with this carnival. It's the most important day in parts of Germany where we celebrate for five days or so. So still there are some of you're enjoying of the days of party already or three days.

In German we call it the fifth season.

The topic today is lift your burden, which Agni said is reflected in his weekly saying already: awakening from this really bad dream that we're supposedly in, and realizing, or recognizing, what belongs to us and what doesn't belong to us, and then giving up what does not belong to us.

Number one, Agni said, is that we usually burden ourselves with much more than we can carry, much more than it's good for us, partially because we try to carry things that don't belong to us. and he said that stems like from a Christian or on the Christian level it stems from the background of the Bible, the New Testament, because it says, 'one carry the burden of the other', and the way we interpret it on a spiritual level is that we have to carry others through their lives.

Part two is, our to-do list is a never-ending story. Things that we've already accomplished , that we've already done stay on our to-do list, because we're proud that we accomplished them. Then thing we need or want to do in the future, in the far future, are already on our to-do list. So that does not give us the space or the power to actually be able to do what we need to do now, because we feel totally overwhelmed. 

This leads to the first step, which actually has two parts in two Mudras.  The first one helps us differentiate, or understand, or know, what belongs to us and what doesn't belong to us. And the Mudra was like, you take your left hand, put it on your left ear, 3 fingers of your right hand, and go from the left side of your forehead, slowly across to the right side, and while you do that, you recognize what belongs to you and what doesn't.

So 2 minutes with a Gong then Agni will explain the second step and the we will do that one two minutes and after that we will do our first sharing.

The second Mudra serves us to recognize what is not in the now, so what is in the past or in the future and does not belong on our to-do list. And basically it's the opposite of the Mudra we did before, right hand goes on to right ear, and the three fingers of the left hand go from the right side of the forehead, across to the left side, while we recognize what is not in the now. 

So Agni said, you can really do these exercises also just for your personal life, to clear up your personal life for projects that you are planning, you know, is it the right time, is it, you know something that I , that should be on my to-do list now, or does it belong to past or future, and the same goes for people in your life that have been maybe part of your life for a long time or that you choose to work with or want to do projects with, he said you can just use these exercises for that also. 

Step 2, the mantra is already in the chat, 'Elohim 70702121'. And Agni said these fake burdens that we carry that are actually not our burdens to carry, connect themselves to what actually are our tasks. So it really becomes hard to differentiate what is actually my task, what is actually something I need to and want to do, and what does not belong there, what just kind of hops on the train because I'm going there anyway. He said, you know, think about like, you have to take your kids to school, yes that is a task you have to do, but you also have to for instance clean their shoes, no they can do that for themselves. So because these tasks are so interconnected, it is really hard for us to say, okey, what is something that I actually should have and want to do, and what are the things that I don't need or that are not my task to do. And he said it's like really like the world around us and people just kind of keep on adding their tasks to ours, because it has this convenience of 'Oh you're like basically, like you're going to the store anyway OK, do my shopping as well.' So this exercise really should serve us to differentiate the things that we have to and need to do from the ones that are not ours to do. 

5 minutes meditation with the mantra.

It's like arms of octopus trying grab your heart, and with the mantra they have to loosen their grip. So they're not no longer cling to it and I found a session how many aspects of people or whatever they are, try to grab you and you don't recognize that during your daily life. 

Step 3, the initiation, will feel like a light oil that flows through our lotus chakra, in through our lotus chakra, through our entire system. And it kind of feels, like a film, like a film is covering us that allows all of these things that don't belong to us just to be kind of swept-away and leave us.

About 3 minutes Agni said it would take him.

Agni said, during preparation while he was talking and explaining to us is initiation like his the spiritual helpers showed up and kind of warmed the oil. So it was much nicer for us to be initiated with a warm oil, so he said That you to the spiritual helpers.

There RoKo have a good question in the chat, how to protect our system that you don't pick up burdens anymore. 2 weeks ago there was this earthquake in Turkey and then Roko was very frightened that it might hit Istanbul last week and I said I would look into it. and luckily Istanbul didn't have an earthquake so far. But this was a typical example okey, is it my part to take care of something which I'm frightened of might happen in the future, no it's not so, we can repeat the same steps, I say OK this is not my part, it's not, well, whatever happens to a life or to a world whatever will happen, I have a small part in where I can intervene, where is my responsibility. but most of it is not.

Next meeting is on March 19th, delete unhealthy relationships, being a topic that is so worth looking into it.
